Excellent room, in fact one of the best. Very clean, very roomy, and with lots of bench space. Loved the high ceilings. My wife really appreciated the bathroom/toilet configuration. Under cover parking a plus. Room was also very quiet in spite of adjacent Wynnum Road. Continental breakfast neatly packed in fridge. Very helpful staff at time of booking (I made a mistake which was sorted most helpfully).

Finding the motel and its vehicular access when driving on the busy road outside not very good. Seemed to be two or three driveways? and entry signage, at least to us, not very clear. Otherwise, great position in hard to find accommodation in the Wynnum locality.

No bond required which is a rare find. The gentleman at reception allowed us to store our luggage early before checkin while we went to have lunch at the plaza next door. Wendy the reception lady gave us amazing customer service, she provided a luggage trolley for us and even pushed the trolley all the way to our room:) she also got a cloth to wipe our luggage down as we got caught in the rain! She was very caring and accomodating thank you Wendy! Loved the convenience of having a shopping mall next door and a few eateries outside; mcds hjs red rooster. Tavern as well. Good aircon in room. Lovely little continental breakfast boxes and x2 bottles of water in the fridge. Neat and tidy room. Clean. Comfy bed.

These are just minor and did not affect our stay, but just needed to be noted - upon entry in the bathroom there was half a toilet roll on the toilet roll holder as if the cleaner had forgot to put a new roll there. The toilet seat was also out of place on one side. Mould under the bathroom safety mat. Wear n tear noticed on shower railing. Also would have loved forks and knives but i think because it is not a cooking facility there was no need. Jst wouldve helped to chop fruit etc if you were to shop at supermarket. Best to buy your own if youre planning to make your own food.

The property is great value for money. It is close to the shopping centre and Tavern, so getting a meal is very easy and the breakfast packs are great for those on the go. The property was well presented and after hours check in and out was very easy. Was only a couple of extra minutes to get to work from where I normally stay, but was much higher quality at a lower cost.

If I was to criticise anything it would be the lack of blinds on the windows in the bathroom. Although it is not likely that someone will be able to see into the bathroom, it would just add an extra level of comfort.

Staff were lovely. Room was well equipped with everything I needed. Grounds were well maintained and clean. Room was very clean. A complimentary "on the go" breakfast is provided in the room. That is a nice touch. Nearby fast food options are a couple of hundred meters up the road, which is convenient. Aldi is a couple of K's away also to buy some food. No cooking facilities or restaurant.

I needed a knife to cut up my food, and only a spoon was in the room. No cloth or tea towel in the kitchenette to wipe up the dishes I use or wipe the bench.

Room was small and out of date but very clean - the bathroom was modern and very nice and clean . After getting home from a late night out door key wasn’t working but contacted staff and they came immediately to let us in . Very good service .

Spacious room for our 4-night stay. The room was newly refurbished- sparkling new bathroom, freshly painted, nicely furnished. Glass brick windows provided good noise insulation and light (but no windows could be opened). Airconditioner was quiet and effective. Cleaning team were very efficient and the rooms and outdoor areas were spotless every day. Location next to the tavern and shopping centre was convenient. All ground level, parking at the door. Laundry (coin-operated) with two commercial washers and dryers.

No wifi, and therefore no tv. We couldn’t even get free-to-air tv except sometimes sbs which would go for about an hour before fizzling out.

Location is very close to the airport by car travel, foyer is gorgeous and staff/management are very friendly! The room was very spacious, neat and tidy. All facilities worked well and met expectations. Close to a main road but couldn't hear much traffic which is great! Short walk to the local shopping centre is very handy also.

Great location, easy walking distance to good and varied shopping centre with two supermarkets. Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast box was really nice idea. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Aircon was efficient and quiet. No stairs.

Maybe slightly bigger shelf for toiletries in bathroom. That's about it.

Great location. Friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast and bottles water was very welcomed. Extremely comfortable bed. Great size room. Nice to have a couch to sit on and not just the bed all the time. I would definitely stay here again.

The room smelt like the previous occupants deodorant - the room could’ve been aired out a bit better. One of the washers was dirty. No tissues in the room.
