quiet, clean and very comfortable bed and pillows, had most things you need. Safe, iron, hair dryer, extra pillows and blanket, plenty of coffee, tea, hot choc, milk and biscuits. Room serviced daily and breakfast in your room if you like. Very friendly staff, informative, will definitely stay again.

Nothing that would stop me staying again, more recommendations. No dustpan and brush in room I had accident with the hot chocolate powder and had no way of sweeping up. Neighbour smoked outside his room door one bench seat provided, it drifted into our room as I left the door open while sorting stuff in my car, it was raining so I understood why they were smoking undercover however there was a seat on a grassy area accross from rooms but no cover over it, with a pergola it would be a perfect space for smoking in the wet and not to far from your room. I forgot my dock for charging my phone, most places have lamps with a usb point these days, maybe food for thought for a bit of modernisation.

What a spacious hotel classy great Room size well constructed one of the bigger better ones in Brisbane The hotel has everything in one great hotel food drinks I was suitably impressed I did get the best room quality I am more than happy to stay there again and to recommend this hotel Staff were really great

Ok very disappointing by simply getting someone to face those bright flood lights a little off the patio verandah and to give clients a darker room without causing any issues with security In addition a blockout curtain on the roller blind in the high window I did notice a set of socks from the last person behind the curtain get the cleaners to get rid of the hand prints above the bath

From the checking in the staff have been very professional and friendly. The room was a great size very clean and had everything I required for my stay. I needed to extend my stay over a weekend that the hotel was fully booked but they went out of their way to assist me and kept me updated and luckily they had a cancellation. I will need to come back in the next couple of weeks and will most definitely stay here again. The food in the bistro area is very good value and tasty.

I recently stayed at the Alexandra Hills Hotel after a week-long drive across the country, and it was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The Executive King Suite was incredible. The pillows were so comfortable that I had to check the brand—I plan to buy some for home! Despite celebrations happening in the beer garden below, I didn’t hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The blockout blinds were perfect for creating a dark, restful space after long days of travel. Room service was outstanding—the Caesar salad was absolute perfection. It felt amazing to relax in my room and be completely taken care of. The rain shower in the bathroom was heavenly—I could have stayed in there forever! The hotel’s attention to detail stood out. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated how the room service was delivered without entering the room—a thoughtful touch for everyone’s comfort and safety. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including undercover parking with lift access and a covered reception area, making check-in and check-out seamless. It’s centrally located, which was convenient for my plans, and even when those plans fell through, I happily booked a second night. My second stay was just as impeccable as the first. There’s a small additional fee of $12 for unlimited ultra-fast internet, but it was well worth it. After being off the grid for a week, it helped me catch up on work and reconnect with the world. Overall, I can’t fault this place. It’s plush, luxurious, and provides everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be returning and can’t wait to try more from the room service menu. Highly recommended!

Wish there was a pool but the room was so comfy I probably wouldn’t have left anyway 😆

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy but not *tiny*, there was room to move around. The bathroom was very spacious, actually. It was right near the location that we were traveling to. The meals and room service was fantastic, breakfast was amazing.

The mattresses were too hard for our liking. We were right next to the laundromat and there was a lot of early morning noise that woke us up. The driveway to the rooms has very little visibility, but is a single car road.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I got a nicer room than I had actually booked, which was a fantastic surprise. The bedroom was open and spacious, There was a restaurant downstairs where I met with my son and grandchildren one night and with my daughter the next day, The mini golf was great and my grandkids also enjoyed the playground. I even enjoyed the band that played that night.

I havent been advised of upcoming bands, perhaps that would be an improvement for possible return customers. I am pretty sure I already did this evaluation too..

Quiet room even on a busy Saturday night. Room was as advertised, clean and spacious. Not far from the vineyard as we stayed to attend the Harry Potter Forest event. Putt putt golf, outdoor areas and great food. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful on check-in and when we ordered room service for dinner which was delivered with a smile very quickly. Secure parking under the accommodation. Would definitely stay again.

Locations was good, and having the restaurant there made dinner easy.

The only issue we came across was that there was only 1 washing machine and dryer. When it was fully booked and we were there for a sporting carnival we were up late at night waiting for the machines to be vacant. When we stayed on level 1 and had to go up to level 2 and then outside to the laundry it made for a lot of trips.

I was doing the Raby Bay triathlon so wanted security for my bike and they let me keep it in the room. Also when I enquired about a late checkout they were more than happy to allow it! So good! The food was also of a reasonable price and good standard. The room was clean and really modern! Lovely!

Hmmm, I`m struggling here.......an old lemon peel from previous room service near my front door? And I`m never a fan of open showers - everything gets wet!

Clean room , although the deodoriser used was extremely strong and over powering not just in the room but the entire foyer, halls etc Locations was perfect for our stay as we were attending an event a few suburbs away.

Deodoriser as previously mentioned. Bar staff in hotel were a little strange as each question I asked they didn’t have the answer too. Ie , what time do you stop serving at night ?
