Quest Kelvin Grove is nice in that it is a little way out of the city so less hectic and nice and quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags there early as we had things to do most of the day. It is easy to get to by bus from the city. Parking cost is quite high as many others have mentioned so we parked outside of the village as we didn't need the car for the duration of our stay (be careful if you are doing this as there is a lot of 2 hour parking around the area as well as special restrictions if there is a game or event on at Suncorp Stadium). The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed - good little kitchen area and small table for eating. Lots of eating choices in the village just 5 minutes from the front door. Breakfast was a voucher from a local cafe. The choices were basic but it was still enough to get you started for the day. Very happy to stay here again.

The shower door didn't shut tightly so we ended up with the bathmat soaking wet so that took a bit of work to try to minimise the water going outside of the shower.

I loved how clean my room and the property was in general. The reception always smelt like a lovely coconut candle and my room always smelt clean. They provided me with new towels daily, made my bed and even cleaned my dishes I had left in the sink for when I got back after a day trip. The gym area and pool were also clean which I find important as well. Good area to be able to catch transport to the city or anywhere else you need to get too. When I checked out in the morning and went out for the day, I left my luggage at the hotel and when I came back to collect it before my flight, they receptions offered if I need to have a shower which I thought was very considerate. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

There could be a couple more lounge chairs in the pool area, I find that two wasn’t quite enough if there was a few people out there trying to soak up the sun.

Room was clean, Staff eager to help with questions and issues. Efficient service. Good parking facilities. Easy access to hotel. Great location with being close to shops etc.

Parking was an extra charge that was not mentioned in the booking site. The carparking was more expensive than other places I have stayed even more expensive than hotels in the City centre. Added up to almost the equivalent of one nights stay. It ended up stretching my budget beyond what was expected. Especially as parking charge was not advertised.

The staff were really friendly when we checked in. Unfortunately they accidentally charged my bond fee however the ladies who did that rang me to let me know so I could call to get a refund.

When i rang back to organise getting my refund for an accidental bond charge, the gentlemen was rude and made it seem like I was calling to get a refund for nothing even though I told him I get a voicemail saying to call back. He proceeded to tell me he would check and get back to me (which he never did) to make sure the refund was legit.

well appointed apartments and studios, modern TV and appliances and very comfortable beds and pillows etc. Nice showers and clean bathroom and facilities. Aircondintining when needed. Very friendly and helpful staff and a stones throw from the supermarket, coffee cafe and food outlets.

Its a serviced apartment complex with reception , so don't expect in house food or bar. But the water coffee and milk was appreciated

When rooms are serviced didn’t restock toilet paper had to ask but aside from that everything in room was great

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very well appointed and comfortable. Excellent location with many eateries and shops just a two minute walk away. Would definitely stay again. Reception staff were very very friendly and helpful.

Secure parking at $40 per night a is a bit pricey. However, with limited parking spaces available, you need to reserve a space as there is very little parking available outside the building in the street.

The receptionist was lovely Lots of car park spaces Nice and close to our event Was able to check in a little early

There were quite a few questionably people that were entering the hotel late at night when we got home. During the day there were lots of teenagers hanging around. Was a little uncomfortable

I like the location and good proximity to the course i was attending that weekend.

The pool was very cold, although I managed to immerse myself once fully. On sunday i was looked out after my morning walk....that was slightly inconvenient... All else was very good, such as the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.

The staff were so understanding and easy to work with, especially when making last-minute requests and they accommodated my changes. The apartment was spacious and had great amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The whole experience was wonderful.

The heat pump gave off a bad odour - made the bedroom smell damp. The water pressure was slow - but it's no biggie.
