The staff were great and addressed any problem or request I had quickly and without hesitation. The room was not particularly large but it was very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, too, so I slept well. It was unexpected but nice change to be able to choose any item off the breakfast menu instead of having a buffet style.
The window looked onto a small space between buildings, so there was no view, but as I was working at the desk most of the time, that was not an issue for me. The desk chair was very wobbly when I arrived, but the staff quickly changed it for me when I asked.

Great central location easy to get around by walking or public transport with alot nearby. Room was clean tidy and nicely decorated. Hotel has all amenities needed including food and bar.
We booked the executive suite, unfortunately the larger tv in the sitting area did not work no matter what we tried... luckily we were out most of the time anyway so were happy to use the one in front of the bed. Slightly frustrating that despite have an electronic do not disturb button that turning that on doesnt seem to work as we still had staff turn down our room mid stay despite it not being wanted. They are obviously doing some renovations as we were woken by them working in the room next door one morning

We thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location, the spacious and tranquil room with a large balcony and the exceptional service provided by the staff, which enhanced our overall experience. The on-site restaurant and bar, featuring live music, offered a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere—perfect for socialising with our group.
Despite the internet issues affecting the in-room TV, Oliver at the hotel and Scott at the bar went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss the game. They kindly arranged for the sports to be shown on the bar TV and were exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. Although the issue was beyond their control, they did everything possible to minimise the impact on our experience.

Great staff - Susanna at reception was a standout. The room was spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. Thank you for the upgrade and the comp breakfast because of a couple of issues with our room. The staff at breakfast were lovely.
We had assistance from Susanna to try to get the TV and air conditioning to work in our room. Unfortunately, the tv could not be used, but Susanna was able to control our air conditioning from reception. We appreciated the comp breakfast offer for the inconvenience. At breakfast, we felt that although the food was satisfying, the addition of perhaps some relish or other condiment to jazz up the eggs would be fantastic.

The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, live music, easy walk to queens st mall, we had breakfast as part of of our room and it was amazing food/ coffee/ service, huge bathroom, with enough space for everyone to use at once. Plenty of storage space. And zero road noise out side.
The sliding window screen, if opened anyone in the room can see the bathroom, opened from the outside of the bathroom. The décor is a little tired, and the tv only successfully worked for us if we casted from our own devices. The bed in our room has seen better days sagged in the middle, and the pillows could do with an upgrade

Stunning hotel with well appointed rooms. We got there a bit before check-in and they accommodated our early arrival with instant access to our room. The rooms were super clean with comfortable bedding and pillows. Food from the hotel was delicious and well priced. The best part was the absolutely amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating and welcoming! I had a last minute TV interview whilst staying and the staff helped with a quiet secluded room and bent over backwards to help. They were the best part of the stay!
Nothing! It was the best.

My room was spacious and had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, shower, closet, table and chairs, a balcony!, and a large TV. At first I was unsure of the location. Seemed like a funky neighborhood. But I came to like it. And since I was walking and/or Lime scooter riding, I found it relatively easy to get around even though the hotel is a little out of the CBD.
No matter how I tried, I could not turn off the rain shower to use the hand-held sprayer. Also, no idea how to turn on the light in the shower. Had to slide the nightstand away from the wall in order to plug in my charger, which was slightly inconvenient.

I have stayed before and love the comfortable, spacious rooms and the great location. I love the happy hour and particularly the lady who runs the bar - so welcoming and professional.
I did not like the fact that car parking is $35 a night and that no concession/ discount offered when I was staying Monday to Thursday ( quiet time) and 3 nights. I was particularly disappointed with breakfast and more so because when I addressed it with manager / breakfast FOH I was given excuses and no apologies. $30.00 is comparatively very expensive ( I eat breakfast a lot in Brisbane ) and worse - I ordered mixed mushrooms and received 4 slices of field mushrooms on one piece of sourdough and a little spinach - the worst breakfast I have had. I was told that it depended on supply of mushrooms and there were no apologies. Although I love staying and have many more work trips planned this year I will have to reconsider staying here because of this.

Big TV, balcony, location (atm, supermarket, cafe/restaurants nearby), and South Bank on walking distance.
Although we had the King room upgrade, that was supposed to approx 35m2, it felt like we had a smaller room of approx 25m2. Rooms down the hallway were bigger. We asked clarification at reception and got the answer that the room was the correct (bigger room). We could have moved to another room, but we were tired from travelling. As the rooms on Booking.com do not 100% match the rooms on their website, and furniture is not the same (e.g. chair in stead of a sofa), we advised the hotel to update their information on Booking.com.

The room location and bed where very good.
There was no telephone or note paper and pen. When you travel by train you travel very lightly. We didn't like that we had no heating in the room on the first night because we couldn't get heat on air conditioner control. There was no telephone to contact reception and ask about it and no information stating how to contact them other than go down stairs to them. We waited until morning only to find out that they needed to control it from there reception. Very poor system.
