We weren’t expecting much due to the price, but it was the only option available because of the Summer Nats. It was a pleasant surprise to find a great room, friendly staff, and an amazing stay. Highly recommend! The theory, 'You get what you pay for,' has been debunked with this accommodation.

Great stay! Very happy with facilities. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Very clean room. Very handy to major road to Brusbane and Aurport ...30 minute drive

Would only suggest having a shelf or additional cupboard in bathroom to place more items on but only a minor thing.

The Room was excellently clean and connection to Netflix was excellent. The staff at reception and even the cleaning staff, were all really helpful all the time that I asked questions. So in that sense I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Not that I was unhappy about this, but it would have been nice if there was a guide book in the room that shows you what attractions you can find around the sorrounding areas of the hotel. There was no curtain for the back window of the room, so if you left the blind open there's no privacy.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The meals were well priced and delicious. The Beer was cold 😁👍

Nothing really, maybe a few spiderwebs in the high roof in the bathroom. Didn’t affect our stay at all.

Staff are always polite. Tracey went above and beyond to assist in a critical time of need. Bec made sure i had eaten and bought out fresh warm muffins and drinks. Thank you very much ladies. 😁. Amenities are always clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was normal nothing to get excited about.I was told they were putting in a new eatery construction has started so the next time I visit I hope it will be finished I am looking forward to seeing it so I can have a good dinner next time I visit I was told to keep me informed when it will be finished.

Lack of wifi that is all I can think of right away.

Easy check-in, staff were nice, mattress was comfy, very nice bathroom, was clean and served the purpose. Cereal and coffee etc supplied.

Bed base is cheap so squaks when getting in and out.

There is a smell to the rooms as soon as you enter but other than that, the service is getting better

That they don’t have lunch or dinner service but found out that they are working on it in the future had to order food instead very expensive.

Good and helpful staff. The ease of check in. Nice food at the restaurant and plenty of tv screens

There was only 1 x milk which is small. Not enough for coffee and cereal. Anyway staff helped out and provided more milk
