The breakfast presentation and options were fantastic. Fresh strawberries, warm croissant etc. The room was tidy and functional and without a doubt the CLEANEST that i have ever experienced in 35-yrs of business and private leisure travel. The location is quiet and peaceful, and within a few minutes drive to shopping and restaurants. After a life time of work related travel I have finally found my place. I won't be staying anywhere else when i work travel to Brisbane. I feel like i struck gold when i booked at Paperbark B&B.

Nothing - everything was great

We were delighted with the three days we stayed at the Paperbark BnB. We chose the BnB because of its location but our experience exceeded our expectations. Belinda was a warm and interested host who made sure we had all we needed with our very comfortable room and attractive breakfast. She went out of her way to search out travel options for us as we spending a morning sight-seeing before we left. We have no hesitation in recommending this spotless BnB and our attentive host.

We liked every aspect of this BnB for our short stay. Its location was good for us but other travellers would need to check this out as they plan their stay in Brisbane.

Paperbark is an exceptional bed and breakfast! We can't recommend it highly enough. Belinda is so welcoming and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for her. Every need has been thought of, and all the little personal details make it an extremely comfortable home from home. The location is close to shops, all major attractions, and easy to access public transport if needed. Great value for money! We are so looking forward to our next stay 😀

I stayed three nights in the Queen Room at Paperbark. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable. It felt like being in your own home. The owner was an amazing host, really kind and so helpful with suggestions on where to eat at night and how best to get around to different places. An extensive selection was provided for the continental breakfast and good coffee. I would highly recommend Paperbark for your stay in Brisbane.

Needed somewhere centrally located for meetings in Brisbane and also Jindalee. Paperbark was in a great location close enough to both and in a quiet neighbourhood with bush surroundings. The room was comfortable and very well presented. It's located at the back of the property and under the main roof with a nice private courtyard. The room is large and has a modern ensuite bathroom. Belinda the host was exceptional. She was great to communicate with in the lead up and also very eager to ensure our stay was pleasant. Even puts on a continental breakfast and great coffee to start your day. We have no hesitation in recommending Paperbark.

Belinda's place was really lovely. She has provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is lovely, it has a gorgeous private garden, with table and chairs. Belinda went above and beyond in every way. She provided a lovely breakfast every morning. Booked the stay ‘on spec’ because it was ‘convenient’ but the stay was amazing. The location is great and in a quiet residential area, the room we stayed in was immaculate, clean and so so comfortable. The room we stayed in had EVERYTHING we could possibly need for a wonderful stay - from the layout to the bed and all the bits that you need ‘just the once’ it is all here, all working and all functional and all so so clean. This place has the ‘type’ of clean that only people who care can achieve - it was truly amazing. The breakfast was what you expect for a ‘continental’ spread BUT the setup and variety provided was great and the host’s attention to detail was absolutely wonderful. The hosts have put significant thought into the what maybe required to start your day and this is reflected in the ‘little bits’ like bread, spreads and even the coffee (really great coffee). As a host, Belinda, is a charming and friendly person who, obviously, cares about the customers comfort and experience. From the moment she opens the door to the time you return the key it is obvious that Belinda’s sole concern is in assuring your stay is as seamless, pleasant and enjoyable as is possible. This was an amazing stay at an amazing place with amazing people and we cannot thank you enough for making sure this was so.

For once in my travelling life the place was absolutely perfect - will go to this one first in the future when we travel this way.

Very welcoming hosts. Lovely private accommodation; very clean and tidy. Well presented with lots of attention to detail and some extra little touches. Continental beakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.

This would be ideal for travellers with their own transport, although Uber and the bus is available.

Belinda is a wonderful host, and her breakfast (although optional) is the highlight of our stay, with lovely food and great conversation. We stayed at Paperbark to be close to my son's work experience at Pullenvale, and enjoyed the surrounding area Brookfield, Hiking around Mt. Coot-tha and the city is also so close.

Lovely buffet breakfast in bright cheery dining room with nice selection of breakfast foods; studio room good size nice decor, welcoming and homely; lovely peaceful setting, and although in suburbia, still great access to main motorways.

Fairly steep driveway to walk up.
