Great location for an apartment stay with nearby shopping center and immediate access to major arterial road. Parking is good and access to rooms was good. The kitchenette was well supplied with a good range of cutlery and crockery. The beds were comfortable. All aspects of the apartment were very clean. Ample towels were provided. Curtains are blackout which is great. The apartment was surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the Freeway (no noise at night)

The air conditioning units are quite old and noisy. The televisions in the rooms are small by contemporary standards and quite far away from either beds or couches so not great for viewing.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 - 4 times in the past and never had any issues. The rooms are big and clean with great facilities. Every room I have stayed in has had a balcony or verandah for some outside air. Whilst it's near a main road you barely ever hear traffic inside the room and it's easy to walk or drive across to the shops. It's only a 30min drive into Brisbane so close enough to spend days/nights in the city but far enough away to not have the traffic.

The bedroom was spacious and neat, sufficient cabinets for a longer stay. A desk with drawers in the bedroom. A small TV as well. Lightings was adequate in the bedroom too. The living room and dining room were big and comfortable. Our balcony was very nice, pool view. The bathroom could be accessed through living room and bedroom, remember to lock up both doors when using. Good supply of hot water. Two rooms sharing one guest laundry (free at cost), very convenient. The wifi was very bad, but the staff Darren was very good, he gave us a portable wifi router which ran very good. Staff Darren was very helpful and cooperative. Thanks for his good service during our stay. Car park arrangement was good, just park your own car in front of your building. Room number was printed on the carpark, easy to find.

Toilet bowl was very old. Air-con at the bedroom was not working, luckily there was a bladeless fan in the bedroom. As there has no anti-hotlinking at the main door, in one morning, the house keepers rushed into our apartment with their key, when we told them that we were not ready to make up the room now (cause we were preparing our breakfast in the kitchen), the leader of the cleaning crew told us if they could not make up the room now, they could not come back again today. So I handed the rubbish bag to them and asked for a new rubbish bag and a toilet roll, then let them left 😊

I love the trees and nature around the rooms. I’ve stayed twice now in a twin apartment with my father as I attend neurologist appointments close by. I always get plenty of rest and both times we have had visits from bush turkeys which is a lovely bonus. Great value for money and very convenient with shoppi g centre within walking distance. Will continue to stay when I am required to travel to Brisbane for appointments.

Other travellers had no respect for others,banging doors etc, someone even banged on my wall about 7 times so loudly at 9pm - and I was only listening to a podcast on low on my phone! I thought omg imagine if I was doing what most people do in beds in motels ! or had the television blaring,the hide of them lol I was actually stunned to be honest..but that's not the hotels fault..but it really made me so angry inside,and I'm such a laid back person.

Our apartment was clean and well appointed. We arrived late due to flight delays but it was an easy check in with our host waiting to welcome us. With the supermarket and restaurants close by it was a great location and handy to the sports club where we were competing.

In NZ we are used to having a few more kitchen items in the room - plates, utensils and microwave. This would have made things a little easier.

Never had breakfast, location ideal for work, unfortunately this meant close to busy motorway. Staff were friendly and really helpful when we needed to change dates, twice. Overall impression was the property was perfect for what we needed at the time which was flexible accommodation for a decent price.

Could have been cleaner, inside & out. Maintenance needed some attention (dripping taps). Power supply in room was lacking, minimal power points (bring a multiplug)

Close to ammenities. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Our first unit was a total let down and noone should be staying there until it’s renovated. The unit we were moved to was spacious, lovely and modern. Had its own laundry area.

Popcorn ceilings. Unit isn’t disabled friendly. Staff need to check appliances work. Microwave in the unit we moved to didn’t work properly.

We like staying at this place. This is our second stay and will probably stay again. The room and facilities were great although we would've preferred an upstairs room.

We would've preferred a balcony room rather than a patio. The sounds from upstairs were a bit noisy, and the patio/gardens could do with a tidy up.

The location for me was good as I didn’t have my own transport. It was across from the shopping mall and bus station. Veronica in reception was most helpful.

It’s advertised as having WiFi but it hadn’t reception in my room and I was told it’s very hit and miss. If WiFi is important to you as it was for me then this should be noted at time of booking.
