Motel was very easy to find and access. Cleanliness is a priority for me, everything was wonderful, no complaints at all. Room was large, bathroom well equiped with everything I needed. Car parking is under cover. Car park area is also kept clean, well lite all night which was appreciated for the late night returns to the motel for security. I requested a downstairs room with a walk in shower. Both request were attended to. Air conditioning worked well, block out curtains were appreciated. Shower was great with plenty of hot water. Once inside the room, very little to no noise was heard from outside. Room service is daily however I didn’t use this service as I don’t feel it was needed for one person. I had a 7 day stay. Staff were friendly, nothing was any trouble if I asked for more coffee, sugar, milk etc. The lady running the motel was very accommodating as I extended my stay twice. I even borrowed a pair of scissors which she was happy to lend me, all with a smile and a friendly conversation. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

One thing only I didn’t like about this stay (we’ve stayed many times) was the smell of the unit … it was very strong smelling like a toilet cleaner … the whole unit smelled like a toilet with strong artificial smell … if it smelled like a natural cleaner like eucalyptus it would’ve been so much better. And the flyscreens were filthy and because it was a windy night it would’ve been blowing that dust inside to us with is probably why I sneezed a lot.

We were so surprised at the size of the room. It was lovely and clean and the lady who met us at reception was so nice to speak to and so polite. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book there again when travelling that way.

Only thing I could mention would be a brighter light over the main bench for doing make up to get ready, but this isn’t a big deal, just a suggestion. The bathroom light was still good.

The location was great, like 2 mins from our doctors office, wasn’t too busy on the main road. Quite quiet considering the property is on a main road which is used at all hours. The room was pretty spacious and I absolutely loved the shower. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us zero troubles. Would definitely stay again

Everything from the beginning was great from the wonderful welcome from reception accommodating an early book in and the room with facecloths(first time in 3 motels) plus free bottles of water and bigger cartons of milk.The room was big,clean and comfortable with everything I needed. It was within walking distance of a big mall and quiet considering it was on a busy road.

It didn't have Netflix but honestly because I had already watched alot of Netflix I didn't really mind so I liked everything.

love the hotel. value for money, friendly staff. even though on a bust road did not have to use the ear plugs that were supplied

i would however like to have kitchenette in the room. so i could cook. i do not like microwaves. It would be nice to have a 2 burner stove even just a 20 dollar one from kmart.

I like this motel especially the location, very nice and handy to families and shops, very friendly people 🥰. Me and my husband were staying this motel 4 or 5 times. Thank you for your hospitality 👍

Well located to Brisbane <30klms, and nearby Gold Coast, all localities easily accessed by main roads. Seemingly well insulated to road noise, despite close access to busy Johnson Road, especially during weekday commuter traffic peaks. Comfortable and spacious room for two adults. Microwave, cutlery etc, adequate facilities.

Media / television remote did not work properly and as a result could not moderate volume.

First impressions are always the most important, reception area very inviting and clean and staff member was wonderful 😀 the experience got even better from there, parking area nice and tidy and clearly marked, both our rooms where very comfortable and exceptionally clean and well equipped. Will definitely stay again how it is only a 8.7 is beyond me, the motel we cancelled before hand because it was not clean at all was a 8.2 and it had stains on the sheets and soap scum on the showers,dirty carpets,sticky stuff in the fridge, front doors of all rooms needed replacing. Cannot recommend Johnson road motel enough definitely won't disappoint. Thankyou😀 should be a 10 not a 8

The room we stayed called “ family room” had every thing we need , am talking about kitchen, dining and of course bedding equipments and it’s also very clean. Thank you for the amazing room Jonson road motel staff!

A bit far from shopping centre, it’s okay if you are driving but for walking it’s not easy.
