Room size great and clean. Restaurant on site but not part of the motel provide delicious meals with a happy attitude.

Toilet paper...you might say what! But it's of the cheaper than cheap kind. Coffee, milk and biscuit snack and bottled water only offered on day one of a three day stay. NO HOUSEKEEPING ON DAY 3 WITH LITTLE EXPLANATION. NOT EVEN REPLACING FRESH TOWELS UNLESS DIRTY ONES WERE DELIVERED BACK TO RECEPTION BY GUEST. ITS THOSE LITTLE TOUCHES THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD OR BAD EXPERIENCE. ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE COST! Which you don't mind paying if you are treated as a valued customer sadly this was not the case.

Great location. Receptionist staff were lovely. They were extra accomodating with parking as we had a small trailer on. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfy enough, mattress was slightly hard. Good wifi

Tv reception was sketchy, couldn’t really get a clear channel to actually be able to watch anything on free to air. Restaurant at the property was extremely slow. Took 1.5 hours to get our food and it came out 1 meal at a time. Restaurant is a separate business to the motel however but something to consider if you’re planning on eating there or getting room service.

Friendly Staff. Helpful and accommodating for the situation following the Cyclone. Nice large room. Internet tv options. Close to Sporting Club for a beer after work or meal at night. Close to highway to head into city. Close to the township of Ipswich. Parking directly outside of Room door.

Nothing. Reading other peoples 1 Star reviews, I found to be bogus and bullsh%t and certainly not what i found.

Comfortable, central location, value for money

Would have been nice to have a comfortable area to sit and talk. As beautiful and understaffed the lady was for breakfast at the restaurant on Saturday morning, it really was just not up to scratch and they all could have done better. We had to wait way too long and the breakfast was basic at best . It was not the poor ladies fault who was left to deal with cooking and serving breakfast on her own. I know the restaurant is separate to the motel but it really is a package deal .

Friendly staff, good location with a bakery and convenience store across the road. Also had an Italian restaurant next-door. Also very safe - accidentally left my key out on the door one night and didn't notice it until the morning (don't recommend doing this on purpose though XD)

The shower taps needed to be tightened super tightly to stop any dripping. But once you get use to it. it was no problem.

Absolutely Fabulous, the manager and the cleaning staff were amazing so helpful nothing was a problem and they all helped so much in a stressful family situation, the restaurant staff also were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond, this is definitely our go to motel, we have stayed here twice now and both times were excellent, everything was so easy to get to, shops and restaurant, Thank you

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Grounds were immaculate and tidy, room was clean spacious, comfortable and the extras were nice. Checking in was quick and easy and the gentleman was friendly and so very helpful. I booked because I had to attend a medical procedure and even though they hadn’t done the travel paperwork before, the gentleman filled out what needed to be done without a worry. Staying here made my journey so much easier and reduced my stress and anxiety so much.

Plenty of room in the units, seating ok, eating and tea facilities good, beds ok, nice shower and bath and close to where we needed to be. Brothers Club in the area was a bonus. Cleaning staff really friendly and nothing was a problem.

Lights coming through the bathroom door from the neighbours property- very, very bright, glass doors on the wardrobe hard to open due to warn tracks one door came off in the end and front door opened when you opened the bathroom door due to faulty door knob.

Easy. We just needed a place to stay, sleep, recover from a challenging family 'issue'. It was a lovely place to take refuge. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast in the on-site restaurant (not run by the motel) was really nice. Country hospitality, generous portions, friendly service.

The non-smoking area needs to be extended and enforced. The bathroom was fine but could do with some updating.

I loved that you had your own car park right in front of your room, which in the past, has been an issue for us as we both have trouble walking very far. I also loved the size of the tv. It was not a tiny little one like so many other motels. Having said that, the entire room was spacious.

I personally wish the mattress and pillows were more firmer, due to chronic back pain
