We were booked into another hotel in Mohammedia but after reading many of the reviews about this hotel and having a pool made is change our booking to this hotel. We have to say that the staff at this hotel have ALL together got to be the best, friendliest, professional, caring and welcoming we have ever come across anywhere. This is not just in our many months over many years travelling around Morocco where we have found some lovely hospitable individuals BUT this particular hotel has in our view the very best of the best anywhere in the world!!! From Amina, Chaimma, Mohammed, Amina (Aabla), Hagid (sorry if some of your names have been spelt incorrectly) and last but not least the security man looking after the cars etc. EVERYONE was so nice, smiling, attentive and really welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, room was prefect as was the pool. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well kept. We will definitely be back again and next time for a longer stay. Once again many thanks to everyone involved in L’escale Suites Residence Hoteliere By 7AV HOTELS for making our stay so memorable.

I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What made my stay truly memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by Amina. Amina was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. She went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home and taken care of. Her attention to detail and kindness made a real difference in my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its excellent facilities but especially for the wonderful service from Amina. I would definitely come back!

Fantastic view on the ocean, the hotel with a private swimming pool and parking makes it the perfect place for family vacations Minutes walk from the beach for a taste of the ocean and local atmosphere. I recently stayed at l'escale suit, and it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Tarik stood out as the perfect person to ensure a pleasant stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made a significant difference. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

The location few minutes walk from the beach and main street to shop .best part though we're the staff very helpful and super friendly especially at the reception Tarek was extremely welcoming very helpful and friendly. Went out if his way to help us find fee things we needed and recommended few places to go while we were there. Thank you again my friend

The suite hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood in Mohammedeya near the beach the facility provides a positive energy to relax and decompress, the front desk receptionists are all welcoming and helpful ask for Tarek. If you are coming solo or with your family to decompress and relax, take a walk to the beach, enjoy a modern and clean facility this is the place to be.

We’ve been coming to this hotel since it first opened, and every stay feels like coming home. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere keep bringing us back. A special thank you to Tarik, who always makes us feel like we’re visiting family rather than staying in a hotel. Looking forward to many more stays!

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Safe and calm area. Clean and comfortable, Air-conditioned suites. Near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Secure car parking. Nice swimming pool for families. Lifeguard .Mr.Yassin (Navy sailing instructor) is one of the best .especially with children.

No restaurant or cafe .breakfast only.poor maintenance. Need to check everything before (washing machine, safety deposit box,door locks,electric kettle...etc). CORONA TIME IS OVER .NEED TO BRING BACK SERVICES BACK TO NORMAL. Change the room classification (Jr.suites to superior, and superior to Jr. Suites)to avoid confusion with the guests.

Apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. The lady behind the reception was very friendly. We had an issue with the shower not draining, this happen a couple of times so she very kindly offered us an upgrade. The view of the ocean was amazing.

Nothing to fault, the bathroom flooding wasn’t ideal but the prompt response from the staff made us quickly forget about it.

Wonderful apartment. Spacious and clean. Breakfast was freshly made and tasty.. but truly remarkable is the staff, especially Amina and Majda they were extremely helpful.all with a big smile, ready to help, we checked in early in the morning as we arrived..it was no problems at all. They make our stay very comfortable..thank you. We definitely come back again.
