I have a handicapped daughter and we got the 2 bed handicapped room. This is the most fabulous room for me and my daughter. Plenty of space and since she is in a wheel chair was perfect for us. The bathroom was to the level that she could wash her hands and face in the morning or after we ate. The staff was very pleasant and helpful through out the stay. Easy check in and check out. Welcomed and said Thanks come again, asked if we had any problems and would see if they could fix the problem if you had one.

Not a ramp close to the room. When I put towels out, not on a check out day, I did not receive one or more back. Could have called or went to the front and got it/them. The stopper in the tub did not seal.

That the front desk lady was very helpful and friendly and she definitely explained everything very well and before checking u in she made sure that I was the right person and the information was correct.... she was a very sweet older lady she could most definitely be the one that be a manager in my opinion... I'm sorry I forgot her name but she most definitely needs a promotion...

I would say the only thing I didn't like is the loud noise outside in the parking lot and all the people and being loud when it's after 11:00 at night and there was the night I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette and all I smelt was weed is all I could smell but nothing was done about that because that lady was not on duty I would also say that housekeeping could definitely do better cleaning in the rooms and definitely the bathroom I shouldn't have to stay at a hotel where I have to clean the bathroom or fix the bed like talking about after housekeeping should have done that

The staff are so kind and go out of the way to accomodate. When we could not get back to our room before checkout, they even kept our stuff and put it away in their storage until we could go back for it

The city cops are very gung ho! They will pull you over for any reason and then go out of the way to arrest you, but will not stop to help you if you need a jump or are stranded on a dark road

It's a nice clean place and my dogs are welcome and I love the pool

The dest clerk wasn't a nice person and I felt un easy checking in like I was a problem checking in

It was close to many stores and a few good restaurants

The room was clean which was a very big plus for me,

No breakfast. And checkout was at 11instead of noon
