I so enjoyed my stay ! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable ! My daughter and I arrived late, around 10 pm, the parking lot was well lit, we were greeted by a very nice receptionist. The hotel was immaculate as well as our room which was also cool /cold upon entering! There is some noise from the near by interstate but that is to be expected and we chose this location because it was convenient for our travel. The breakfast was excellent and area was super clean ! I am Very picky about where I stay when I travel , and this is definitely a place I would recommend and would stay at again ! You get what you pay for and this was worth the money ! My daughter and I felt safe , everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly!

I liked the staff! They were amazing. Crystle was so sweet and pleasant! Chalone was so helpful and Kurt was very friendly. All very helpful and welcoming. I wish I had more names because I feel like everyone said hello and showed as if they really cared. Very genuine!! Asked if I needed, attentive. Pool was so clean! Everything so clean! The cookies! Breakfast was on point. Can't wait to go back. I was very pleased! 😀

I didn't love that cigarettes were allowed to be smoked so close to the entrance. But there weren't many smokers so that was ok.. However the smoke comes in and stays at the entrance and isn't welcoming for children or asthmatics or anyone of a breathing condition. There should be a designated area away from the front doors in case a large amount of smokers end up staying and make the smell over whelming.

The bed were very comfortable

I'm on O2, was put on the 3rd floor, also in a wheel chair. The electricity went off at approx 8 pm, didn't come back on till approx 10 pm which was a long time trapped with no oxygen and no way down stairs. People in wheelchairs should have 1st choice of first floor rooms if they don't want to buy a generator to run the building. We did ask about a generator but we're told management had told them they couldn't get one except for first floor...

I loved the jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and smiling. The lady from housekeeping Rachel was very friendly always had a smile on her face and helpful answering questions. Ms Jessie's breakfast was amazing and wasn't the same thing every day.

The noise from the bridge.

Everything clean. Room was spacious and comfortable Housekeeping went above and beyond. Everyday they made our beds and placed my 5 yr old blanket and teddy bear all neatly on the bed. She loved it

The pool, my husband and I went for the swimming pool, they keep up very well, clean as could be.
