Staff was great. Rooms clean, comfortable bed and the restaurant was great.

I was there for two weeks. Couple times I dined at the restaurant I got a certain waitress who I thought needed a bit more training as far as how service should go. Both times I had to repeat or ask again for missing food items and both times she served me instead of bringing my ticket in a folder she came up and stuck the bill inches from my face then the table and walked off. The other girls were great.

Value and location. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Morgan’s restaurant was really good.

There was noise from a room near mine. Two people arguing loudly up to until 11 p. m. or so. Police were called and the two ejected. THANKS!!

The staff were very warm and friendly. The room was one of the best that I have ever slept in in a hotel. I WILL be back!

The location basically is convenient for what we are doing at Morgan City. Enough parking for the car.

I believe the hotel needs several upgrades. The furniture on the rooms, the smell on the rooms, the toilets on the rooms. The breakfast is very week and expensive for what is offered.

The location was very awesome. The pool was very clean.. They did accommodate and put us to a room that was joined it with Our other room that my daughter and grandbaby stayed in

I didn't like that you guys stated that we could pay $10 a person to eat breakfast that was not the case that has changed so it ended up costing me $80 for breakfast that I was not prepared to spend compared to 40 also the room smell And we had 2 rooms not just one.

I loved the room and the staff was great but no coffee or continental breakfast after paying over 200 for a room and want us to pay extra when we paid all that money for 2 days that's not cool and that would be why I would never stay at this hotel again
