It is a charming old building with history and character on the edge of the old town and not too far from the river. The private parking area behind the hotel makes it an ideal choice for travelers with rental cars. The breakfast was adequate, nothing special, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. For those with mobility or age issues, there is a small elevator, which we used both with our suitcases and after a tiring day of walking around.

The breakfasts were excellent. The staff extremely helpful, speaking excellent English. The view over the small garden was delightful. The hotel is well situated near the town's main square and only a short walk from its main visitor attractions.

There was only one chair in the room. Two would have been better.

Well presented hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly & helpful, with a great dining recommendation close by where we enjoyed a terrific dinner. Secure private parking was so convenient. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a great stay and would be happy to return.

An extractor fan in the toilet would be a nice thing to add.

The hotel is exceptionally well-located and offers (paid) parking. Our room was comfortable, the bed super nice. Good pillows too. We had excellent sleep. The restaurant/breakfast area has a lot of character.

The breakfast could be better. Especially the breads. It's not bad, but didn't compare favorably to other hotels we stayed at and that charged about the same price.

The central location with hotel parking. The room and bed size were exceptional with a window looking out to a pretty courtyard garden. Decorated with lovely antiques and tasteful period features. The electric blinds made a complete black out, which we like at night. Check in and out was simplicity itself and the host was flexible about leaving the car for a little longer while we explored Albi in the morning. It was a luxury one night stay, for a birthday, in the middle of a gite holiday and it did not disappoint.

I think the breakfast could have been better. Quite a basic continental with coffee from a machine.

Nice, very clean, slightly old-fashioned (not in a bad way) hotel, well placed near Central Albi. Outstandingly helpful staff- bilingual. Very well run. Plenty of room in bedroom. Secure carpark. Overall, a strong recommendation.

Breakfast ok but could have been a bit more varied. Decor a bit tired. Not big problems.

The bonus was the very helpful and friendly staff who could all speak English well. The room was a good size with a great garden view and a sitting area.

We had a large group involved in a competition and thy were noisy at night, I geess this could happen anywhere

Excellent location a few steps from the historic center with the possibility of secure parking for a motorcycle for 15 Euros per night. The hotel's beautiful architecture evokes the early 20th century. Absolute peace. A fantastic opportunity to sit in the cozy garden (the garden can be visited even after the staff have left by entering through the first floor - ask at the reception).

A thoroughly delightful hotel in an excellent location— right across the street from the old town but on a very quiet street. The staff are exceptional: helpful, kind and amusing and the room was spacious and very comfortable.

Great location - on the edge of the historic centre - with private parking. Pleasant surroundings, garden, and lounge. Great simple buffet breakfast. Our 'Privilege' room was large, immaginatively decorated and quiet.
