It is a little tricky to get to with some very narrow streets but once you get there, there is a nice parking lot (I think they also have underground parking) and it was no problem leaving/parking a somewhat larger car there. I did a solo trip and the room was spacious as far as European standards go. Breakfast was very good.

I didn't have a balcony so that was a disappointment (it seemed that was advertised as part of the room). Weather was cool enough to open windows but I could see it feeling stuffy without a fan during hotter weather. Bed and pillow were just ok. Breakfast hours felt a little short (0730 to 0930).

One of the best locations for a hotel I've booked. Nestled on a mountainside. Nearby is a waterfall, and a small Chapel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also when you pay your 5 euro city tax you get a free bus pass for the length of your stay. You can use it for travel to Neuschwanstein for example

Obviously it's uphill half the time. But still only 10 minutes walk to Fussen Town centre.

The location is great, the room was cozy with small balcony, very good breakfast (variousness), quiet in the night, very friendly staff (reception and kitchen) I arrived after 12pm I just wanted to leave my luggage till check-in time and I found out that my room was ready so I could check-in early (very appreciated). The hotel is worth to stay :)

The hotel was waking distance from the old town and in a peaceful spot. Room was comfortable and the bed amazing. I liked having a balcony Amenities in the vote were great and the whole staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Another thing to mention is the incredible breakfast buffet!! Definitely recommend this hotel

The property is located just few minutes walk from the centre of the city. It was beautiful and comfortable. Contrary to what’s mentioned here that the check-in is not possible after 18:00 - the manager let us check-in around 22:30 but keeping our key in the locker box. So late check-in is possible.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Great location just outside the town but with only a 10 minute walk. Just around the corner from the famous waterfall and a superb steak restaurant. Parking in the basement was a real bonus given the snow and ice. Didn't try the restaurant but the bar was great. Good buffet breakfast.

Had to have the TV on in order to use the internet which was a little strange.

It is easily reachable walking (from city center), the sauna was a really nice plus after a long hiking day. The breakfast was also really nice. The staff were super kind and helpful. Overall I really recommend it.

The bed was a bit hard for me, and pillows very thin (but different tastes for everyone). You can also hear the wood structure when you move, not too annoying.

I am travelling alone and have single bed available. It was the best hotel that I have stayed for my trip. Hotel is new and clean, room is warm and comfortable. Requested for mountain view and that is the best. Additionally, do remember to go to their sauna! Most important is the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Remember to get your Fussen Card from the hotel if you travel by public transport

Need to bring my large bag to up a hill. As there will be no bus available on that area. but also it does give you serene and rest as there arent many cars around

Very clean, nice and comfortable room. The staff is friendly and they helped a lot with the taxi service. Location is also great. We are very happy with our trip and stay.
