- Far from City Centre: it takes about 45 min. to reach sightseeing locations with public transportation. (Maybe less with Taxi) - Breakfast Quality: breakfast offerings could be enhanced. - Small Lobby or a place to rest due to prior functionality of the building as a company and office. - Breakfast Room: cold in fall and winter as it's just an added glass room to the main building - No Lift or flat way to bring luggage and suitcases at the entrance of the hotel building up to the hotel, but stairs. - Street Condition: not easy to roll the luggage on the street due to crooked and bent pavement paving

Front desk staff was very helpful and kind! The buffet breakfast was delicious and with plenty of choices. The hotel is located in a good and quiet area. The metro station and some supermarkets are near. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Definitely recommend and we will sure be back again here for our next trip to Istanbul! 🤗❤️

The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and accommodating, which made for a comfortable stay overall. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it had everything you might need.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast offering, it was quite basic with limited options. For example, there was just cereal, a baguette with jam and butter, some tomatoes and olives, along with coffee or tea. There were no hot items, no juice and not much variety, which might be disappointing for guests expecting a more complete breakfast.

Stuff was great, helpful and professional. The SPA is better than we expected.

Good value for money Staff are friendly and helpful Rooms are big and in good condition 15 Temuz metro station is 2 minutes away.

Staff speak very little English Not enough tourist information given and the metro map they provided was a black and white printout in very small print. Although the metro station is close by, but the hotel location is far away from the touristy centre and attractions. It takes about 45 minutes by tube to get to the city centre.

The hotel room was incredible, beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. The front of house assistant, named Ayten was superb in making us feel welcome. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and informed us well of all the facilities and procedures for attending breakfast the next morning. She really has the customers best interests at heart. 10/10

Good location, a lot of shops and stores nearby. Parking around hotel is free and easy to find place. The staff is very helpful especially the young man from the evening shift, he helped us a lot with everything.

We had some issues with the room cleaning but they changed it immediately. The breakfast needs an improvement and the housekeeping too.

The staff was the best and really helpfull .They printed us a map of the Metro stations and helped us with everything we needed. The location is good, really close to merro station and the neighborhood had many paces to ead and many shops.

We had a little late check in, and the walls in the room were too thin with close to none soundproofing but we had a good time!

Everything is was great. Lovely place, helpful staff especially Ayten a very friendly lady and very helpful.

There is no blanket on the bed, it has a very small/thin bedsheet which is not enough for 2 persons. Also the pillows were too big and hard, we had to sleep without the pillow underneath. In the breakfast there is no omelette provided which is a basic item for breakfast. They need to fix this thing and rest is all good.
