Breakfast was rich and the quality of the food is excellent. Facilities are new and the location is next to restaurants and center of attraction. Ps: they have a bar and a cigarette machine- the pool and wellness are fantastic.

This is a family hotel, quite loud because of children running around- wasn’t able to sleep due to kids running the corridor early in the morning. Rooms were nice but we had a used bottle in our room upon check in as if the room wasn’t cleaned well.

1. Breakfast was amazing! The food itself was great (and I finally got to try proper bircher müsli!) but I just have to tell you that we ate out of the most beautiful tableware I've ever seen. 2. The location is great, too. It's very close to the bank and quiet. 3. Very simple but atmospheric room.

1. Terrible mattresses. There were two of us and there were two of them which made sleeping very uncomfortable. 2. In the middle of the night the TV turned on by itself waking both of us up and scaring us. When we told the receptionist about it, she seemed not to care about it at all.

The hotel is very cozy and charming and the staff is very friendly.

The wellness part is a bit small for the volume of guests. On our first night, all the pool lounger chairs were ocupied in the afternoon as well as all 3 saunas. We had to wait for people to go have dinner in order to get a lounger. If you don't go at "peak" time, it is fine. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent location, friendly, attentive staff. Welcoming breakfast area. The wellness area was lovely, especially on a wet day. It was very relaxing lying on the sunbeds by the pool and viewing the beautiful garden. Visiting beauty therapist and E-bike hire were a bonus,

Your check in time was very strict (3 pm)We arrived at the hotel before 10am after 12 hours flight and one hour thirty minutes by car.

Perfect bed, comfortable room, spacey wardrobe, good breakfast with large variety of foods including fresh vegetables and fruit (eggs are prepared fresh for any guest that wants them!). A highlight is the nice pool that's open the whole day (several saunas free for the use of guests, too). The environment is relaxing.

The location is so wonderful that you can see the lake just from the window. The breakfast is fantastic and you're offered a number of savoury and salty dishes. The room was spotless. The great experience is to use Spa and the pool.

The bed wasn't comfortable as two mattresses were put together to make it a double bed. The glass wall in the shower is too narrow and the water runs from it.

Great location, sauna, amazing staff and very big rooms. It was comfortable to stay in this hotel over the weekend and relax. Special thanks to the hotel's team for incredible service and willingness to help.

I had a very happy experience living in this hotel. The local is excellent, around 200 meters to the lake. The services including the reception desk, the restaurant, and the room services are very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. the quality of services and facilities are good. Normally I have serious sleeping problems. My room was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable compared to that of in other 4-5 star hotels, I stayed in my life, so I had a very good sleep there. During my booking, there was only one room available and they worked very hard to satisfy all my requirements.

Wifi in Level 3 was unstable sometimes.
