The room was very large and well equipped with a kettle, fridge, proper hairdryer and dressing gowns. Breakfast was great, 10 choices. The fresh fruit and yoghurt was excellent. Beach towels provided free of charge. The free # 17 bus that runs from the airport to Grand World has a bus stop 500m from the hotel, so you can get the bus to the night market, restaurants etc.

The location. The reviewer who said it's the best location on the island clearly hadn't been anywhere else. It's a 1.km walk to the beach and the same to the 1st restaurant of any note. I didn't find the staff very friendly except the smiling breakfast man who had no English.

Good size modern room. Really comfy bed. This is one of the best stays we have had so far in Vietnam. The free water is a bonus. You get free beach towels to use. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We ended up extending our stay here. You can hire a scooter at a great price. You can have your room cleaned daily if you like. It's the kind of room your happy to spend time in.

The pool is located at another hotel across the road. When we went to use it, it was a bit confusing as to whether or not we could use it for free. This did get resolved quickly though.

Loved the modern, comfy and spacious room. Very clean, crisp cold AC, great smell and air humidifier. Fluffy towels, clean white bed sheets and mattress not super soft. The host gave great advice for dinner and even took me there quickly on her motorbike. They also rent out scooters for guests which you can park in the garage. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Also free drinking water and beach towels that you pick up and leave at the reception. You are allowed to use the pool of the hotel next door.

The host and staffs are friendly and supportive. Good recommendation for eateries, local restaurants and for shopping. I also got discounts for bike rental and pizza by the host. The room is comfortable and clean, with a balcony though I barely use it. The location is good, not perfect. I'm familiar with biking everyday so it's a good deal for me. I got some problems with the bike at 11pm and the staff was still available and came for help.

No problem

Very close to the airport, there is a bus stop nearby, about 7 minutes walk. The landlord is very friendly. I forgot my passport at the last hotel, and he took the initiative to contact me to help me find and collect it. The flight was rescheduled, allowing us to check out late and wait for our flight.

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is about 2-3 minutes' walk from the hotel. At another hotel. The swimming pool is large and comfortable, but the water is not very clean. After swimming, I felt that my body was covered with a layer of grease and sticky. I quickly went back to take a shower after swimming.

Location is quiet. You can rent a motorbike to the night market for 10 minutes. There is an elevator so it's convenient for tourists with large lauggages. The room smells good and with big space.

We rent a motorbike with the hotel. The staff tole me it's count by day. I return the motorbike in 24 hours but the staff want to charge me 2 day's price. There is some misunderstanding between the time counting. I will suggest the hotel write a simple time rent evidence for passenger next time to make sure the renting time.

Excellent. Amazing staff, services and facilities. Great location. They arranged everything for us, including our motorbike rent. Bed super comfy.

Maybe the breakfast is the weakest point, there's only a menu where you have to choose a dish between 4 or 5 options, even though all we tried were delicious. Coffee wasn't the best, but still okay.
