The pool and outside bar are stunning!

Hard to say didn’t like but more aesthetic gardens out by the Tamure Rooms and Apartments would be nice. Also that there is only 1 smokers area which was on the complete opposite side of the resort to our room. Also needs to be a note about the $350 charge when you arrive as I assumed it was part of my booking price. The buffets were a bit expensive for people who don’t eat more than one plate.

Staff were fantastic nothing to much trouble always delivered with a smile always cleaning Restaurant food was good and large meals bar snacks were very good and all prices were reasonable

It looked like the place had a had a spruce up And was tidy the bathrooms were repainted and were a little slapdash they needed a tidy and the accessories replaced as the plastic ones were very old (70-80’s) and shower was very small I don’t know how the rather large patrons got on but would have had got in

The staff were A-MA-ZING!! The continental breakfast was fantastic, more than just cornflakes and toast. The optional extras were a very reasonable price as well. The room was sop handy to everything. We didn't hear the roosters from the room at all during the night, other than a little in the bathroom, but close the door and it was quiet...unlike a lot of other accommodations we heard about. The staff made us feel like VIPs, from the moment we arrived until checkout. Jalapeno's Restaurant - Best ribs on the island, and the prawns are to die for!

The only suggestions I would make is that the shower box was small, but not a deal breaker. And with it being an adults only, maybe a Quiz night or even a live musician playing in the bar on the weekend maybe to sit and chill with a few drinks and some great music.

We had a great stay, staff were really nice and helpful. We loved the facilities, the food was delicious and there were loads of awesome activities. The only downside was the communication/information I was given before I arrived. I was given a price via messenger on here, but given a different price when I got there. The price I was given was honored, but it was annoying having to prove it. I was also told I could have extra people in the room, which wasn't the case. So I wound up having to either book another room or share with my cousin who had booked his own room. It is not the most ideal situation to be left in after traveling and not having data or internet yet. So please ensure that whatevers been communicated to customers on here is correct and is brought to the attention of staff on site. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it.

Staff - were wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Very hard working and did their jobs well with guest's needs in mind, particularly the bar staff and restaurant staff. Room - my sister and I shared the disability friendly unit - bathroom was very spacious. Great. The location of the room was ideal, tucked away but not too far from main facilities. Continental breakfast each morning...set us up for the day...ordered meals, particularly the pool bar menus were delicious..especially the pizzas. Lots of fun had by my whanau in the pool, beside the pool. Location - ideal. Not too far from town. Have recommended to others. Vinaka vakalevu, Meitaki ma'ata e kia manuia. Ka nui te mihi.

Not much really.

Enjoyed the Continental Breakfast each morning. The Resort is beautiful, a little rough around the edges but nothing to complain about. Staff are friendly & helpful when needed. We had a late night flight & was able able to extend our check out time to 6pm for extra cost of course, but at a discounted price :-)

Room entertainment on the tv could of had better options as we only had 1 channel to access. Although we didnt go there to watch TV, its a nice option after a long busy day. And handy when it rains & you cant really go outside much. Though we did order the standard room, which is a more budget friendly option.

Staff were awesome, super friendly and accommodating. Felt like VIPs. Food, bar service and entertainment were all well enjoyed. Happy hour at the swim up bar is a must. We joined the loyalty program ( Free to join ) as this was our 4th stay at Club Raro and we will return in November this year. The manager at Club Raro is awesome and happy to receive any feedback from their guests. Crab racing at the Sand Bar is a must if you visit, along with their new fire show and many other entertainment opportunities provided free of charge. We were always greeted with friendly Kia Orana and every effort was made to make our stay memorable. With great room rates and many room options it suited our budget perfectly without compromising on the quality experience. The Cook Islands and Club Raro is a must to visit.

The pool is small but adequate for lounging but not actually swimming! Breakfast is basic but fresh and appealing! The rooms are spacious!

Some guests that were there for 4 days of our stay spoiled the enjoyment and relaxing nature of our holiday. Vaping, excess alcohol, bombing in the pool. We feel the staff were not equipped to handle the situation at the outset. Putting a stop to this kind of overwhelming and intrusive behavior!

The property was awesome, my highlight was the swim up bar for sure! Those Mango Daquiris 🥰. I would really like to make mention of the security guard (I’m not sure of his name but he did call himself the Sheriff, he was absolutely exceptional, always willing to help out, always took the time out of his day to have conversations with the guests. Also Emori in the swim up bar, he must have got sick of making me mango Daquiris alllllll day but he was awesome too, as were the entire staff, friendly, approachable, kind and respectful.

I would have preferred an itemised invoice when paying the bar tab. But not a major.

The resort was great. It was a great place to meet people if you're a solo traveller like myself. Great pool, but somehow, if you could make it colder in the afternoons as it was like a warm bath after the sun on it all day. Rooms nice and spacious, bus stops right outside to take you anywhere round the island. Jope, the events guy, was great getting everyone involved in the events when they were happening.

Paying for WiFi and it didn't last long, some of the staff were not very smiley or happy, it seemed at times. Give more information to the guest about things to do on the island when they arrive, it always seemed we had to ask about everything, nothing was really easy to find out what is good to do, nice places to eat, different trips to go on etc. Abit more entertainment on a weekend to keep the guest there for a few hrs of a late afternoon evening would be great.
