Very easy walking distance to the pedestrian village, ice skating, convenient to drive out to other parts of town, efficient ski valet. The room was well appointed, a great layout for size, and so so cozy. Special shout out to ALL the valets/bellman who were so courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient. We’ve traveled a ton and this experience was the just right balance of luxury yet homey, friendly coziness.

Wish the pool was heated but since it’s a small hotel the hot tub was enough space for an apres ski dip.

The room was stunning! Spectacular view! I enjoyed all of the room amenities! Too bad I only stayed 2 nights, next time I would love to do more nights. I specially loved having a balcony! The tub was also very nice!!! I want to go back during the winter to be able to take advantage of the fireplace.

The pillows and the bedding were not very comfortable. Also, the swimming pool was supposed to be 27 degrees but I found it was pretty cold! I don't think it was truly 27 degrees. My husband and I are both vegans and we had dinner and breakfast. My dinner was a mushroom dish that was delicious! My husband was not so lucky, he ordered the tempeh and it was not very tasteful. The breakfast we ordered bagels and I appreciate that we requested to remove the egg and they replace it with mushrooms and veggies, it was quite yummy, but I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast. Also, we ordered the breakfast in our room and it came with no fruits which was a bit disappointing.

The location was stunning and the rooms were attractive, spacious and had fireplaces. The staff were outstandingly helpful (particularly Justine) and really made the stay a pleasure. Nothing felt too much trouble. We had a lovely couple of days staying here and would certainly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The only thing I would consider is a wider menu choice for vegetarians. This won’t affect most people but If you are staying for any length of time, the menu is a little limited.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the lake and garden. The food was an absolute delight, with each dish being a masterpiece of flavor. A truly wonderful stay!

At the very beginning of our stay, the toilet tank clogged and caused a leak, which was quite an unpleasant experience. However, the hotel staff responded promptly and efficiently, resolving the issue quickly.

We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon at Hotel Quintessence. Overall we found the staff friendly, our accommodations comfortable, and the on site facilities (spa, wine bar) enjoyable. We really enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the lake and access to a fire place in our room, very cozy and relaxing. The weather wasn't great when we arrived sadly, otherwise we would have tried the pool and hot tub which looked clean and enticing. The wine bar was a highlight, we felt the wine list was good and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

I know this is the case generally speaking with hotels and maybe Tremblant as a whole (as it is very touristy) but we found the hotel restaurant/food services to be a bit overpriced. We tried the tasing menu at the restaurant, and while it was good, we felt the cost didn't match the quality (the wine and service was excellent but the food itself was average). It felt the same when we ordered breakfast to our suite, it was expensive for a very good but very common 2 egg breakfast ($80). I would recommend hanging out in the wine bar, and enjoying a snack, but maybe finding a nice meal somewhere else in Tremblant (lots of nice restaurants to choose from).

I was wondering why would they not provide toilet brush at a five star hotel, neither in the rooms nor in the public toilets. I understand that cleaning service is included but it is also somewhat uncomfortable not to have the option of cleaning it for myself (and neither is enviromentally friendly to flush is 2-3 times in a row)

Amazing experience from the very first moment we stepped into the hotel! Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the doorman, to the bell boy, to the waitresses. I felt welcomed and at home. I chose room 306 because it has an open view on the lake and huge panoramic view. There was an actual fire place, the room was huge, attentions from the staff was incredible and the quality of every experience was superb! Breakfast was exceptional and dinner absolutely memorable. The hotel is clean and perfectly located. My new favorite place!

This hotel is in a close, perfect spot away from the craziness of the town. The staff--especially the valet people were the best! They made me feel welcome and liked every single time. The setting on the lake was beautiful

I feel bad getting valet every time I wanted the car--which was relatively infrequent---but interacting with the valets made the stay! The restaurant is pricey, it would have been nice to have a breakfast included option to stay.

We like our evening visit for dinner. The service was excellent! The food was excellent! There was a nice and soft music at the background, so we can talk. And the fireplace add a romantic note . Thank you very much for such a pleasant evening!

The pillows are very soft. And the beds are too soft as well. It wasn't comfortable. Also, we had one breakfast in hotel and the final bill was for $71.But at the checkout we had to pay $81. Why? They suggest to ask restourant. But I didn't have time. We were in a hurry. So, it isn't a big deal , but I feel a little minor about it.

"Room with a view" is an understatement! Quintessential beauty (a turqouise infinity pool - a pristine mountain lake) is not. You just have to experience it.

As avid "senior" bikers (baby boomers) please promote your dedicated bike trails - paved safe trails that go on forever around a lake, into a darling village, and onto Montreal if you like!
