Breakfast and Dinners are ok but : - Sara cant do a decent Cappucino, either burnt or makes a latte soup. Please let Xavi do the coffees. - The staff sometimes bring you bread, sometimes they dont. The first time we had breakfast we didnt even know that we could ask for extra dish a part from the Buffet and nobody brought us the menu. Every time was a different treatment, you should standardize the process so that : - You get bread and olive oil for lunch and dinners - You get menus at breakfast - The one that knows how to use the coffe machine makes coffee instead of everyone doing everything The girl from Sevilla gave us nice tips on some places to visit around It would be nice to have a working space

Everything!!! The hotel, the room, the staff, the restaurant, the spa, everything was exceptional. Firstly the rooms. Beautifully appointed, fantastic shower and toileteries, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Next the staff. Everyone we interacted with were so helpful, passionate and with great personalities. Nothing could have made us feel more at home, even with some language barriers. Special mention goes out to Cova in the restaurant who was exceptional in explaining everything and making us so relaxed. She was also fluent in English and French (and Spanish of course). Also Ruth on the front desk was so welcoming and helped us with restaurant suggestions. The restaurant - absolutely amazing food, beautifully crafted with merging traditional Asturian favourites with special twists. Great desserts! The breakfasts were amazing, top quality fruit, yoghurt, breads, pastries, meats and cheese and wonderful cooked options. Had a massage in the spa, excellent and the outside pool was so clean. Not heated but I quite prefer colder water anyway. Will definately return. This place is first class

The hotel was beautifully designed in a modern way. The staff were all amazing both on the reception desk and in the bar and restaurant.The food was all amazing and good sized portions. We could choose off a menu for breakfast but they had an extensive buffet too. Coffee was great which is always a great sign of a good hotel. They catered for my gluten free requirements with no problem at all. Menu was marked which foods have gluten but the waitress helped with the dessert and we had the most amazing cheesecake. The hotel room was a great size and even had a sitting room. Everywhere was very clean. The spa was good and we used this for one session and had great fun trying the different showers , saunas and jacuzzis available.

I recently stayed at this spa, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's attention to detail and warm hospitality were absolutely outstanding. Everything was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The spa itself was a delightful surprise, offering an impressive range of options, including an outdoor jacuzzi that added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The hotel's bar and restaurant were equally amazing—the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. As for the room, it was incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptional, providing one of the best night's sleep I’ve had in a while, and the shower was equally impressive, with great water pressure and a sleek design. Overall, this stay was a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and quality. I can’t wait to come back!

I received too many emails with promos but few helped me use their Spa facility which is also excellent .

We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff are excellent and the facilities are extremely clean. We loved the pool and the gym is very well equipped. You do pay extra to use the spa but it was worth it. On one day it rained in the morning but there is a lovely terrace where we sat undercover. The breakfast was excellent and there was an extensive choice. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights which was very good. There is a gorgeous little beach a short drive away with stunning views from a footpath through the woods, which we loved and had a great bar/restaurant.

The exceptional check in both friendly and professional as was the staffing of the restaurant. Junior suite was very specious.

The view from our junior suite Some traffic noise , not in quite so quiet location as expected. The night that a group of Porsche Tour overwhelmed the restaurant for dinner and breakfast as they all wanted to eat at same time, service was lower then.

Spa costs extra and is not really mentioned specifically/ obviously anywhere before the booking, also the Spa did not fulfill our expectations The fossets in the rooms were really difficult to adjust for temperature, never seen such inconvenient fossets in my life Only decaf coffee capsules in the rooms (we didn't ask for other capsules though)

ARTIEM Asturias is a 'hidden gem' - lovely situated in a quite zone but beaches, Gijon and other great cities are easily reached. This hotel turned out to be a great and relaxing 'starting point' for our daily adventures. Personnel is really kind and nice and provides great ideas to spend the day in the region - swimming pool is perfect for warm days. Breakfast and dinner are great - we're both vegetarians but had enough to chose from. All in all we really enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel

Lovely hotel. Near Playa de la Nora and close to Gijon. Exceeded our expectations and just what we needed towards the end of our trip. Clean comfortable rooms, big spacious gym, restaurant was delicious. Staff are warm & welcoming. Wish we stayed longer.

Just one thing. Smell of manure on Day 1 was unbearable. Not in the room but in the corridor at times and outside the hotel entrance.
