Very polite staff except for the concierge who was on duty on our check out day-arrogant and curt.

1. Our rooms have never been cleaned during our stay, though repeated requests and reminded every day. Had to call for extra towels... 2. We had a family with a kid (or kids) upstairs who was extremely unruly-constantly banging on the floor/walls to make our stay miserable; especially for my friends who probably stayed directly underneath. We complained to the manager once and it did help, but we felt very uneasy to complain all the time. We raised an issue with a concierge during our check out and she was horrid -I commented on her above. She was such a negative standout (middle aged, pretty, blond highlights) among the rest of the high standard staff.

The hotel is brand new and everything was nice and clean. The room was huge and could easily accommodate a whole family. The breakfast was very good (although the warm options were a bit limited). The location is kinda in the middle of nowhere, but it is a good place for an overnight stop on a roadtrip as we did.

A bit too expensive for the location.

This was our first time staying at this brand of hotel and we were VERY pleasantly surprised! Room was well laid out - lots of counter space & storage cubbies, nice to have real dishes in the kitchenette. Kind of wish we stayed longer! This was a quick overnight stop on our way to the central CA coast.

would be nice to have a few protein options at the breakfast bar. Was not crazy about the gooey cheese stuff in the egg, but I realize it was an option to make a "breakfast sandwich"

The hotel looked brand new. All the furniture and the kitchen appliances had no discernable wear. The bathroom and shower were immaculate. The suite was quiet (Our room wasn't on the Interstate 5 side). The hotel is not far from the interstate on- and offramp, and there are businesses and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly; check-in and check-out was quick. The breakfast area was perfect, with a variety of food and drink.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the freeway. The breakfast choices were good—lots of different egg wraps, bowls, and omelets—though I wish there was fresh fruit. The rooms have quite the kitchen set up, with a dishwasher and full-sized fridge.

I had a hankering for popcorn, but they were out. Also, my room was located by a side entrance, so I awoke in the middle of the night to the door slamming shut.

It was clean and spacious. Most of all, the gentlemen at the front desk were so funny, helpful, and gracious. There was an issue with Booking.com (and to be fair, the Booking representative wasn’t helpful), but they took care of it. While we waited, they made sure we had water and snacks to relax from driving all day. I will definitely go back. Please don’t let customer service like the kind that the manager and staff provided decline. It’s what encourages us to continue exploring our beautiful state. P.S. Awesome gym facility.

Mostly the manager & staff made it such a positive experience. I would rate them over 10 - so accommodating, down to earth and helpful. Very very approachable. I know there were several other families that felt the same way. We were all there for a baseball tournament so a lot of kids. Tournament was canceled due to rain so it is a Tournament was canceled due to rain so it was very chaotic. The staff was so kind & patient with all of us. The manager, Kevin I think even approached us to see what he could do to help. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Because of the manager & staff, I don’t think I saw any negatives.

We have been travelling the sourhwest for 3 weeks , sleeping in hotels priced at around 150 dollars/night for a family. Within this range this hotel was in a class of its own regarding friendly check inn, staff, big luxurious rooms facilities, breakfast, you name it

Only drawback is the vicinity to the freeway providing you with a bit of noise during night

The staff are incredible and the rooms are a good size.

Not sure why coffee in the room isn't replenished when the room is cleaned. The breakfast area appeared understaffed and most of the items were unavailable. We were there for 3 mornings and each morning the staff struggled to replenish the breakfast options like the warmish sandwiches and the bread products and coffee.

Starting with check-in, the staff is very friendly throughout our stay. The room is clean and spacious. I also liked that there was a bible in the room. Having a refrigerator and microwave are so convenient when you have left-overs. The workout room is well equipped. The breakfast was way better than most of the "breakfasts that are included". It is easily accessed and a great location to tour the region.

I would say that it is all the birds that have made nests on the outside of the building. Our car was covered with bird mess. they said that they are looking for a solution that is allowed by law. Hopefully they find one.
