The staff are always very accommodating and understanding. They provide all that they can consistently through out the day. They always havee someone on duty who is available to assist with almost anything . There prices are very fare and they always leave the lights on for us

It was better than i expected for the price.

The floor was gross. You can tell if was mediocre cleaning. The room is not sealed well. I received a non smoking room. It didn't stink like smoke when I first got it. But as soon as I came back the next day (I left early for breakfast and came back around 1pm) it was as if someone had smoked in there. Or right outside the door but either way the inside was stuffed with smoke smell.

Love the fact I was able to borrow a blow dryer from the office...

Actually everything went good for us , we got an apgrade to a room with fridge & microwave, room was clean , bed was comfortable...no complains at all👍👍

Coffee is conveniently located in office :) Free upgrade!

The heater didn't work in our room and no answer from the front office. When my husband went to office, they provided him with a space heater. It worked great! The room was warm for our kids. The front desk was super nice. All went well ❤️‍🩹

Heater was not working well. Need to be a recycle property, please. Stop using plastic. Many resorts I have stayed at do not use plastic bags in trash cans. Need towel bar by sink.

Our room was very clean, everything worked in our room, it was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The WiFi was good. It was extremely hot outside & the air conditioning was excellent. Newly remodeled room, clean & comfortable. No extra’s ( fridge, microwave) but mostly I wanted a nice & cool room & it was. The prices were very good for high season.

I would have loved a bathtub, but it only came with a shower.

there system was down and they did not have my Reservation confirmed even though I was able to give them a confirmation number from my phone it took over 2 1/2 hours for them to give me a room and at that time I had to pay up front and they charged me a different rate then what the confirmation price stated … And they stated that my card wouldn’t be charge by Booking.com I sure pray that this is the case, will be checking my card in the am to make sure my card wasn’t charged …(Smh)

The staff was very easy going and helpful . Very accommodating and flexible. It was a calm relaxing experience. The room was prepared pleasingly. I love that furry friends are welcome! Ill definitely be returning !
