Very Clean! Idk why they have low ratings in cleaning etc. Their towels and sheets are crisp white and plush. They offer room service, always ready provide tissue and other necessites. Their staff members are very friendly and accommodating. They have all kinds of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and condiments which was my favorite. It's close to the freeway, grocery store is less than a mile away. They offer late check-out upon request and early check-in based on availability.

Because they didn't have a downstair room, and I shouldn't be using stairs but I had to, Amy who was working the front desk, carried my bags up and even brought me coffee ☕ in the morning. The next morning person carried my bags down. Very hospitable .

The property was very clean and they had a nice grassy area for my dogs . The pool was nice . Close to the freeway great location next to the downtown part of the town .

Actually everything went good for us , we got an apgrade to a room with fridge & microwave, room was clean , bed was comfortable...no complains at all👍👍

The staff are always very accommodating and understanding. They provide all that they can consistently through out the day. They always havee someone on duty who is available to assist with almost anything . There prices are very fare and they always leave the lights on for us

It was better than i expected for the price.

The floor was gross. You can tell if was mediocre cleaning. The room is not sealed well. I received a non smoking room. It didn't stink like smoke when I first got it. But as soon as I came back the next day (I left early for breakfast and came back around 1pm) it was as if someone had smoked in there. Or right outside the door but either way the inside was stuffed with smoke smell.

Heater was not working well. Need to be a recycle property, please. Stop using plastic. Many resorts I have stayed at do not use plastic bags in trash cans. Need towel bar by sink.

Our room was very clean, everything worked in our room, it was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The heater didn't work in our room and no answer from the front office. When my husband went to office, they provided him with a space heater. It worked great! The room was warm for our kids. The front desk was super nice. All went well ❤️‍🩹
