Very quiet property especially being on the main street. Everything is in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

The water pressure in the shower was weak. Had to stay in too long to get clean.

For a popular tourist site, this hotel offers the best location, right on the center street, while away from the noisest center. Breakfast can be found nearby with waterfront views and comfort food choices. And it's all about access to the fantastic view!

The hotel rooms can be improved. For example, the air conditioners are quite loud. The balconies on upper levels hotel rooms only work for half of the rooms that protrude toward the waterfront - there's no way that you know this while you book rooms online (beyond customers' choice.)

Everything! We got in late, but still enjoyed our stay. It was raining the whole night. I spent most of the evening on the balcony watching the rain fall on the boats. We love this place! We spent our honeymoon here back in 2002 and have been staying here every chance we get since.

There has never been a bad thing to say about this location. We love this place and hope it never closes.

Large sized rooms overlooking the bay with large balcony. Simple but very stylish. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker with some sachets for making. Check-in was quick and easy.

Bath towels on the smaller side. But not a real issue. As we were a family of 4, it would have been nice for the sofa bed to have been made up on arrival. But the request for duvet cover, sheets and pillow cases was dealt with promptly, so again not a big issue.

Location is excellent. Parking good with larger stalls for an underground garage. Room was recently upgraded.

Bed was a little soft for my preference, but others may like it.

The staff was very accommodating, the provided morning pastries and coffee was very poor, bite size processed muffins were horrible a little effort to walk a couple of blocks was a wonderful bakery that would be perfect to have local food

Upon check in I mentioned it was my birthday weekend. They put my name on their marquee. The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. Easy to walk to almost anything.

The bed is a bit harper than what we usually sleep on but not horrible. The pillows were a bit hard too. Again... not horrible but I know next time to bring my own for my messed up neck.

i like that it’s so close to the water and the staff is always friendly.

i wasn’t happy with the room we were in it was much smaller that the usual wheelchair accessible rooms we usually book. and someone didn’t clean the bathtub properly there was someone’s hair all inside it

That the elevator was broken for 2 days and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Shower pressure was bad
