The room was very specious. the beds were comfortable, and we had a balcony .shower and rest room have a door away from the sink and mirror. The room was clean.over Overall, it was nice.only about 2 blocks from Enbarkadero, the main street with shops and restaurants by the water

They need a pool, and the patio was closed.. neighbors above were noisy the balcony had view of a wall and was nasty.

We appreciated being upgraded when we checked in. The room was very spacious and modern. I liked the walk in shower. The sink area had a lot of counter space to put my make up. Location is excellent, we were able to walk to the embarcadero and main street.

The location of the room was excellent and we for the most part we had everything we needed. We also liked the fact there was underground parking on the property and we did not have to park on the street.

Elevator malfunctioned at times but fortunately worked when we needed to take luggage back to the car. The room for the most part was ok. Loved the balcony overlooking the bay but the sliding screen door did not close or look and needed some attention. Chair in the room was torn. Something I face in most rooms coffee for those who drink coffee but not tea so I end up brining my own.

The room was great for our little family. Lots of space. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, less than 5 minutes in every direction we went. Great location and not super busy.

Beds were on the firm side. It was kind of hard to sleep well. People staying in room directly above us were loud. We addressed this twice with the family occupying the room. Once at our check in amd once after the front desk clerk had gone.

Nice hotel and a great location. Once we parked the car we walked everywhere. Lots of options for eating nearby. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Cons: blow dryer was not working, so I had to sleep with wet hair. Also, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty, luckily I had brought some of my own. My husband went to check out the fitness center twice but it was always closed.

Nice and clean location to stay for one night or 2. Check in was fast and easy. Receptionist was nice and pleasant. Rooms were above my expectations, comfortable beds and clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Very clean grounds with plenty of Parking in Garage and around the property. Short walk to town and Morro Rock. Overall, Hotel had everything I needed for my one-night stay.

The location is convenient to the Embarcadero, an easy walk. The room is a good size and comfortable. The view of the rock was nice.

Really disappointed with the TV offering. We spend the evenings relaxing and watching shows or sports. There was a change in the service they are using, and it didn't work very well, and no one knew how to use it. 1 employee tried to help but 2 others were a little indifferent. We were very disappointed.

I was a little worried with the hotel being 2 star and 1/3 the cost of our hotel in Monterey but it was perfect for what we needed. Small hotel, easy parking, short walk to the water front and Morro Bay was lovely. Such a chilled out place with plenty choice for restaurants. The room was spacious, modern, minimal and clean. Would recommend! Lovely white bedding and lots of white towels - my kind of clean and fresh!

The air con was a little noisy but we slept well once we put on.

The view was good but not a complete view. The room was nice and clean. The location was excellent. The t.v. was also good.

The headboards on the bed were smudged and the shower/tub walls a little bit too. Also not very soundproof-we could hear upstairs room above us a lot and we were awakened by loud noises from hotel maintenance.

Location lovely - would have stayed another night if possible - close to main harbour - nice places to eat - saw sea otters and sea lions. Very peaceful after staying in LA. Room clean, comfortable and everything needed for a one night stay. Plenty of places to go and get breakfast in the morning before leaving.
