The outside doesn’t match the nice quality of the inside. The room was spacious, clean, bright and inviting. The view to the beach is lovely.

For $645 for one night, I expect the lobby to be open earlier than 7.30 and for the so-called breakfast to be better than a pile of sweet, very poor quality pastries. That was disappointing and annoying. We are grown ups so wake up much earlier. The promise of a “continental breakfast” was totally unfulfilled.

Newly refurbished spacious room which was great for us travelling with our son. Corridors are a little dated and the hot tub was cute but very small. Appreciated that it was offered though! We went to Morro Bay at the wrong time of year for whale watching which was a shame but we still had a lovely long walk to the rock and a nice dinner along the bay. Staff here are so friendly and helpful, it really added to the experience.

Should have breakfast for this price. At check in we were told 3 rd floor breakfast room included but it never appeared. At check out they said I was told incorrectly. They should use the room that’s already on site and give guests a decent breakfast for what they charge for the rooms. In Libby they had anemic terrible tiny pastries. A joke.

Rooms are clean, updated and very well appointed. Loved having the fireplace since it was only 58° in June! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. They have a “quiet time” policy from 9pm-7am and they obviously enforce it because it was a very quiet stay! I wish all hotels had this policy!

No cable/satellite. Just a Smart TV with apps.

Very quiet property especially being on the main street. Everything is in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

The water pressure in the shower was weak. Had to stay in too long to get clean.

The location is perfect! Great views and super clean and up to date!! The bed was so comfortable and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything! We got in late, but still enjoyed our stay. It was raining the whole night. I spent most of the evening on the balcony watching the rain fall on the boats. We love this place! We spent our honeymoon here back in 2002 and have been staying here every chance we get since.

There has never been a bad thing to say about this location. We love this place and hope it never closes.

For a popular tourist site, this hotel offers the best location, right on the center street, while away from the noisest center. Breakfast can be found nearby with waterfront views and comfort food choices. And it's all about access to the fantastic view!

The hotel rooms can be improved. For example, the air conditioners are quite loud. The balconies on upper levels hotel rooms only work for half of the rooms that protrude toward the waterfront - there's no way that you know this while you book rooms online (beyond customers' choice.)

Location is excellent. Parking good with larger stalls for an underground garage. Room was recently upgraded.

Bed was a little soft for my preference, but others may like it.

Large sized rooms overlooking the bay with large balcony. Simple but very stylish. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker with some sachets for making. Check-in was quick and easy.

Bath towels on the smaller side. But not a real issue. As we were a family of 4, it would have been nice for the sofa bed to have been made up on arrival. But the request for duvet cover, sheets and pillow cases was dealt with promptly, so again not a big issue.
