We liked how clean and maintained the property was and the delicious breakfast that was delivered every morning to our suite.💕 We love the cozy room and the added touch of the fire pits in the evenings that made the property to quaint. We also loved how close we were to the various restaurants and great shopping. 😊

Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We LOVED that they brought breakfast to the room. The fireplace was nice in the evening when it got cold. We were worried about the first-come-first-serve parking since it was a busy weekend in Morro Bay, but it was fine. Great location to walk to Restaurant Row and other shops.

The room had a lot of space and it was well clean. The breakfast was great! We get to choose from some options the day before and also the time you want it in your room. It worked pretty well. The location is great and it's close to a restaurant called The Galley Seafood Grill & Bar, the best scallops and clam chowder I've ever had.

We were able to park directly outside of our room which was Very helpful and made it easy for one traveler with walking challenges to quickly get inside our room. Our one bedroom with a full kitchen, one and half bathrooms and living room was very quiet, quiet, charming and comfortable. All the upgrades and quality were done intentionally with others in mind. They had make up remover towels, robe, heater in the bedroom and living room and there was a Journal to annotate how you enjoyed your stay. It was very intentional and the Breakfast was Delicious. The Beach Bungalow Inn is a few blocks from the bay, so it was an easy walk, but you have to walk up the hill on the return, but it was great to exhale and smell the fresh sea air.. When I returned, I was able to sit by the fire pit which was Nice and what I really liked was that I could not hear my neighbors in the next room. Very quiet surroundings as well. The accommodations were Great and I'd stay here again.

The sleeper couch in the living room needs replacing as the cushions are a bit worn and the toilet in the half bathroom didn't flush properly. I informed the owners daughter of these items, and she said they'd be addressed and couch replacement was their next project.

The property is located within walking distance to the Embarcadero and other nearby conveniences and local favorites. The exterior aesthetic and maintenance is quaint, cozy, and welcoming. There is some through traffic during the day, but it becomes practically non-existent as evening approaches. Inside, the rooms are clean, well stocked, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, and we loved having our own fireplace! The breakfasts are truly delicious, prepared and delivered to your room, with those little personal touches that make it feel special. Staff goes above and beyond and they are personable and friendly; they are quick to respond when you need extra supplies or even have any questions about the area.

The property was a fantastic location only two blocks from downtown. We had a clear and unobstructed view of Morro Rock from the front door of our room. The room was clean with plenty of supplies (towels, soap, etc.) and when more items were needed, the staff provided them quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. Daily breakfast was a nice treat and we appreciated that you could select your preferred delivery times. If we come back to Morro Bay, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Parking could be a bit of a challenge. If you parked your car early in the day/evening, you could easily find a spot, but if you arrived late (as we did on our arrival date) parking was hard to find. Also the light in the shower stall didn’t work and it was a dark shower stall. Other than these minor items, it was a great property.

The beach bungalow is a cute inn with a view of Morro Rock. Each room has a fireplace, which we enjoyed immensely. The bathroom is large with a great shower. Breakfast is served and brought to your room each day. Loved the muesli available each day and several great egg dishes. The location was great, centrally located in Morro Bay just a few blocks north of the coast. The staff was friendly and helpful. They shut down the office at 6 pm, but are just a phone call away if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again.

I forgot to sign the guest book and leave a great review. The closet was small with just 3 hangars. Not meant for long term stays. We were there four days. The parking was a little tight, but we were able to park on the street right in front of our room. Great.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff! We had to check out early so unable to try breakfast but if it was nearly as good as everything else it would be great!

Morro Bay is our happy place. View of the "rock" from our room "Estuary" was incredible. There is a little community fire pit in the courtyard that was very pleasant to experience. This facility was a 40's Property that was upgraded and was very comfortable. The breakfast was extra nice as you make a selection from the two items per day, and they are delivered to your room during your time frame selected (Ours was 8-8:30 and arrived at 08:15). we have stayed at different properties in Morro Bay over the last number of years-and this property will be our go to. We stayed off peak so I can imagine that it will be far more expensive in the spring/summer... looking forward to our next visit for sure!

THere is one ice machine-and it apparently has a tendency to freeze up. Got ice on day one with no issues but day 2 no ice was available as someone un plugged it. needed ice to travel on day two so was disappointing.
