Don’t get their towels dirty or you will pay. Backs hurt a bit after sleeping on the beds.

The mattress was wonderful. The pillow top just snuggled us in. We have a queen size at home but this made it feel more spacious. We also loved the shower. High nozzle for tall people and great warmth and pressure even though we slept in. There was a grab bar for the whole length of it which made it super safe. The location here is perfect, very close to everything and the price was a bit less than many for weekend rates. The heater worked great and everything was clean.

The chairs in the room were scary. I am a large person and could not sit in them at all. They creaked and felt ready to collapse. My husband who is just right at 5" and 170lbs had the same issue. He had tried them first and hadn't wanted me to even give them a go. So we only sat on the bed for the whole trip. But the bed was soooo cozy. Still, the management would do well to replace them. We wanted to alert management at checkout but no one was in. We just dropped the key in the dropbox. Also, if it matters to you, no elevator, but we were aware of it. I go one stair at a time and it was ok. Sturdy railing.

We upgraded to the oceanview room, and it was very spacious, quiet and lovely view. My brother got the family room, and it was a bit awkward since there is no "communal" room, just a tiny area for the fridge upon walking in. I would rate that room a 6, but our room had a HUGE living space, so inconsistent rooms.

It would be nice if they offered coffee, tea in the check in area, those little touches go a long way. No snacks, no water in room, so come prepared!

Not having any sort or grab n go breakfast but wanting the keys returned ro the office. No, Im not walking the extra distance when I can leave them in my room. Juice and packaged pastries really isn't alot. The room was nice, you can see rhe water and. Nice view if the rock. The room had 2 coaches and was comfortable. But when any room around you goes in or out rhe doors slam loud!!!

Walking distance from many little shops around. Easy check in/out. Quiet Area. Comfy bed, spacious shower w double shower heads and amazing water pressure. Provided shampoo & body wash. Great AC & working fan in the room!

Floors were a little dirty. Was told my room would have a bath tub it did not. Also advertises the view to my room would be the morro bay rock but you couldn’t see it from the room.

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff

No water dispenser to fill my water bottle. The vending machine is cash only and there's no ATM close by. I got to the hotel on Uber at 10 pm and my only option was going to the closest liquor store, or boiling tap water in the coffee machine in the room. I suggest offering either a complimentary water bottle for guests or having a water dispenser available. Other hotels in the area have 1 water dispenser per floor or one in the lobby.

Location is perfect. 20 minute walk to the Rock. For the morning, lots of coffee shops and bakeries also restaurants. The room is quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable

There was not much i did not like, although they may want to touch up the furniture. very nice bedding and flooring but the dressers and tables show a lot of wear and tear. The tops are granite but the wood is very worn.

Location was great!! Walking distance to everything!! Comfortable, clean and friendly staff!!

The towel policy!! My deposit was $405.00 if the stains (makeup stains) didn’t come off when washed they’ll keep my deposit. Thank goodness we had our own towels because I spilled my water on the floor after cleaning it the towel was pretty dirty!!

I liked the 2 separate rooms, the beds were super comfortable, i liked that they had the shampoo and conditioner in the shower instead of the small ones that other hotels give. I liked fire the pits and the location was great. The staff was super nice

I didn't like the quiet times only because we have kids and them being loud and were hard of hearing too.

Great restaurant across the street and two blocks from the additional restaurants and shops on the embarcadero. A comfortable walk to several other restaurants and shops in downtown area.

Noise. Had a first floor room and could hear every foot step from the room above. Will request an upstairs room next time.
