Perfect for a small family of 4. My kids are young so a queen bed was perfect for them to share. Close distance to walk anywhere for shopping and eating right next to the bay. Even if u don't have the "bay view" room, it is an open outdoor hallway so you can still see the beautiful Morro Rock. Easy to use amenities.

The tv was a bit difficult to navigate. Previous visitors didn't clear their streaming log-ins. This is NOT on the business fault. The mini fridge was buzzing loudly. We were next to the stair, so it was a little loud.

Nice room. Very comfortable beds and quiet. Loved the second story community patio at this establishment which had a great view of Morro Rock and the bay. This establishment had great parking and was within walking distance of the bayside restaurants and attractions. I would stay here again.

No wake-up call service, no in-room clocks. I’m old fashioned, I don’t like relying on my cell phone for everything but otherwise good.

The manager was very pleasant. Took pride in the hotel, we could see him helping with wiping down the hand rails. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, good accessories, large TV, table to have something to eat on, a chair to relax in. View of the sea.

Can't say we didn't like anything, we can say what would make it better - update the flooring, provide a kettle so hot water can be boiled for tea/coffee.

We love Morro Bay & It’s rare for us to find a place to stay in Morro Bay. When we go to MB annually, we stay at the State Campground to meet with family and enjoy camping. Bay View Inn exceeds our expectations! The place is very clean and our beds were very comfortable! We hope when we need a place to stay in MB, they’ll have rooms available.

Newly remodeled rooms. They did a nice job. The shower had very hot water ( I loved that) and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The room was large and spacious. They have a couple of patio areas that were very nice to hang out and enjoy the evening.

Parking is tight for a larger vehicle.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Looks like they recently renovated. Everything was clean and new including LED bulbs. New carpet, new mattresses. Beds were very comfortable. TV worked great.

The inn format being open to outside means you're here. Everybody walking by bouncing on the ground, walking up the stairs, etc. The tub drained very slowly. The screen was missing in the bathroom window.

Very clean, comfy bed, great customer service. Nice size room. Bathroom was nice too!

Overall was a good stay. If you have a room below stair case.. some people are loud walking up and down. Parking is not difficult but, if you leave the property you might have to park on the street.

loved this hotel!! ive stayed in about every hotel in morro bay since i was a kid until now and this has got to be the best hotel ive stayed in ever!! so close to embarcadero shops and the rock just down the block!! loved this getaway with my boyfriend. no complaints!!

the parking lot is a bit just first come first served, barely enough spots for everyone staying and spots are about as big as a small car so if youve got a bigger suv,, id stay somewhere else. or if you want a good spot, park your car and dont drive anywhere your whole stay

We had a fantastic corner room on the second floor with a view of the Rock and sea lions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a relaxing night on a comfortable bed. We will stay here again.

Unfortunately we had trouble with our TV. When we checked in the TV worked great but the next morning it kept freezing. So we just turned it off. We didn't call for service because we were packing up to leave.

The room was clean and nice. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The set up of the room was super spacious, and we were able to organize all our stuff for our weekend stay.

The room smelled like smoke once you opened the door. We had to buy a candle just to counteract the smell.
