All of the rooms have recently been remodeled and everything was/is very new, clean and comfortable. The bed & pillows were better than I expected. We all got a good night's sleep. Parking was easily available close to our room. The location is close to all the cafes, restaurants, shopping you go to Morro Bay for. And while it's not right on the water, there is a lovely terrace on the 2nd floor with a great view of Morro Rock and the bay.

The only thing that could have been better is if we could have stayed longer!

The soundproofing at this hotel is quite good. I did not hear the ice machine or stair traffic even though I was next to both. The room is updated and hot water was available on demand, no waiting 20 minutes. The staff was available as soon as I walked in the door at 6pm. The bed was quite good and 4 pillows are appreciated since I had to keep my head elevated due to a minor cough. I used the fridge for a drink. The ice machine came in handy for my lunch bag the next morning. Location to the best restaurants was excellent from walking distance.

Parking spaces need to be bigger. I drove a Honda Civic and still had a tough time getting out thanks to someone parking his oversized lifted truck in the handicap spot located directly behind me. Not cool. These folks need to be directed to park on the street if the vehicle does not fit the spaces provided.

We stayed in the family room, which had 3 beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was great. The hotel was within walking distance to everything. We've stayed here before and will definitely be back.

The kitchen had nothing to cook with or clean with. It also could have used a bigger trash can in the kitchen. However, we made it work, and next time, we know to bring our own stuff. 🙂

Perfect location for accessing things in the tourist part of Morro Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything we needed was right where we wanted it. We had a really good weekend and this hotels location was a big part of a fun vacation. It wasn't located on the main drag which would have made parking and driving everywhere a challenge, but it was located close enough that it was a very easy two block walk to everything we wanted to do!

At first the shower curtain was hanging outside of the shower, and we made a big water mess the first night. But as soon as we figured out how to re-set the curtain rod a few inches into the shower it was all fixed. Just one of those things that happens. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, it was a very welcoming place. Also, requested an Ocean View which put us on the third floor. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, and our ocean view was a fog view. But the room was great, we had neighbors but never heard them. I would probably stay on the third floor again, because when the fog cleared, we had a fantastic view of Morro Rock!

The staff was friendly and nice throughout the trip. We enjoyed the comfortable room and appreciated the styling choices and the amenities fit our needs. This hotel is in a great location with lots of places nearby and of course the beautiful view was one of the best parts of staying here.

The floors felt a bit sticky or weird on our feet. Maybe a couple of extra pillows would have made the room perfect.

The location was great, had view of Morro Rock. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful! The room was good size, clean and beds comfy. My family slept very well. It was convenient to restaurants, shops & sightseeing, which all within walking distance. We haved stayed in Morro Bay several times. This Inn is perfect us or families looking for nice getaway to enjoy nature. Definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

Didn’t feel like the up charge for the “luxury king room” was worth it. There was a band playing nearby into the night, which kept us awake. My husband had to screw the bathroom door back on as the hinges were completely loose. The shower door made a very loud screeching noise because of the rubber running against the glass. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way because it was stuck on the tile floor. The carpeting did not feel clean, and the room did not smell clean.

Great l9cation only a short walk to bother centre of Morro Bay as well as the Bay itself and the downtown dining precinct. Balcony rooms have wonderful sunset views of Morro Rock which is fabulous. Good location for walking to the older main shopping district and also to the lively Morro Bay downtown on the Bay, which has amazing restaurants, coffee and gift shops. Also watching the otters and seals from the board walk is a wonderful experience.

The building is older and rooms not over sound proofed. Small issue.

No breakfast available. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower, no bath. King bed.

We would love to have to have had a little more coffee and decaf for evening and morning x 2. We use cream or milk, so milk would have helped. Longer pillows are best for a King bed instead of little square pillows. Also, information about the Farmer's Market and live Christmas band would have been really nice. We didn't find out about this until they were packing up to leave.

There was no breakfast provided. We never saw the front desk hostess after checking in. When checking out there was a box to put the card keys in.

We stayed in room 11 an on Saturday night the room downstairs was partying, taking loud and music til 3-4 am. I had to go downstairs and bang on the door to ask them to quiet down. They were right by the hostesses door!!
