Rooms were nice and very clean. The staff were very nice as well Plenty of parking. From the balcony, you could see morro Rock and the ocean nice view. The bed was very comfortable. They had shades that were so cool that it made the room very dark, and we loved it.

The only downfall is that the room is located in the front next to the main street where you hear all traffic. The cars sounded like they were racing all night, so we didn't get much sleep. I will stay again. I will definitely request a different room

For the money, I was surprised how nice the room is! We are super close to everything. This was a road trip for my daughter and I so it was important to have a place for us to put our food-LOVED having a refrigerator and microwave! The hotel manager gave us a level one room so it was easier to bring out dog in and out AND upgraded our room to two queen beds instead of just the one. The room was clean and tidy and the wifi worked really well. All in all, a great place to stay for the amount of money we paid!

Very convenient location.

The staff spoke to us in a rude manner right off the bat when we were simply looking for the office entrance. The employee could've simply opened the door without saying anything or just let us find it, and that would have been fine. After that, he just did his job, and we didn't bother to say anything because we didn't want it to ruin our day. But we're glad we didn't have to interact with this person again.

Incredibly attentive and accommodating staff. We were running late for our reservation and they were kind enough to call us after-hours to make sure we got checked in alright. When we arrived, there wasn't any available parking spaces. The staff provided us with a place to park without hesitation. We had a wonderful stay at thanks to their excellent communication, top notch service, clean room and goof business sense. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. I'm completely satisfied.

We were on a roadtrip and stayed here for 1 night. It's perfect and the pintures you see on booking.com are very accurate. We even had a little problem on our trip which caused us to have to readjust to everything and they helped us solve it. We did have some communivation issues over the phone in the beginning (for that problem specifically), but then everything was solved. Room was nice and clean, the king bed was super comfortable. Thank you for hosting us! Definetely recommended.

Liked the location and the cleanliness of the motel.

The bathroom arrangement is not really convenient, but worked OK and Is something that can't be changed. Would have enjoyed breakfast, but was aware it would not be available. Host was not very friendly. A sign needs to be in the room's bathroom, rather than the office, suggesting wash clothes for makeup removel. I didn't see the sign, but friend told me (after I'd used the wrong cloth). Was then given a ratty old rag (like dust cloth) for face wash (not good).

The host was above and beyond. He allowed us to check in early, made sure we were comfortable, and went out of his way in the morning to refill our unexpected flat tire, plus recommended an excellent place to get it fixed. 😄

Even though the windows were double paned, I could hear traffic. (I live in the country). Our neighbors were a little noisy at 1:30am. Walls need more insulation.. These are more like a personal preference.

it seemed like they tried to make the hotel nice in styling and clean, seemed to have new paint, furnishings, interesting room-darkening blinds, good size, very pleasant place. We would probably go back, it was a good value and walking distance to the main shopping/waterfront area/restaurants AND the view of the Morro Bay rock.

I wish the bed was firmer.

The host was very warm, friendly and inviting which compared to the rest of the town was a big bonus. Makes for a great first impression at a stay. He gave us a newly remodelled unit which was nice and clean and fresh, and comfortable. Great coffee provided too.

Furniture leans towards more of the new style which ain’t crazy about but the room was clean and nicely presented, and had all needed.

The cost was $80/night without taxes and fees, low and if it had not been for the reviews I may have avoided it. But the reviews indicated that it was clean and comfortable, and it was indeed clean and comfortable. The colorful bedspread made the room attractive. I was also thrilled that we were provided with toothbrushes, tooth paste, and a shower cap.

It is a typical motel.
