The place was nice, considering the nightly rate. You received a bottle of wine, a daily cinnamon roll, and some toffee.

The people that run this place have some major psychological issues. They have a long list of rules, and you are expected to email them stating that you have read their crap. I received this list four times. Also, the place has you pay in advance and upon arrival, photocopy your ID. This is a violation of CA law, and I won't stay here again.

Excellent location near otter watching and walkable to food and shopping too This is a cute little teeny Motel tucked in between some other restaurants and shops, and the room was just big enough to fit the bed but very clean and nice vinyl flooring. I'm not sure what was going on with the wall behind the toilet, but it didn't cause any problems. Despite arriving after the time their office closed, they left a note on the office door telling me how to check into my room so that was not a problem. They did ask in that note that I return the next morning after 9:00 a.m. to complete my booking, which I had done online, and I really wanted to leave before 9:00 a.m. but I stuck around per their request, and when I went to the office, it turned out they didn't need anything from me after all... so it was kind of a waste of my time. I'm not sure why they did that. But they were very friendly. I look forward to returning the future - it was a perfect spot for a great value.

The location’s private entrance, quiet, felt safe and near where we wanna be at. Scenery is perfect. Respond to my request fast. I did like my stay at Bayfront Inn. Thank u for having us.

I would have rated it excellent but I was a little been disappointed on the heater. It would have been properly working if it’s properly clean. I believe the reason why is because it’s clog. And when they brought me this cute little portable heater, i would have been very thnkful, but I notice the back of it is dusty. And most that I’m disappointed with is when this housemaid was fixing up the room next to ours, I saw her just literally fixing the bed, aren’t they supposed to change the linens every time the room gets occupied, even thou it looks clean? Other than these 2 things, it would have been perfect. Hopefully u will address the issue I mentioned.

Outside is the pier where Sealions will go to sleep among the rocks. you can be 14 ft away from a big fella. you can walk right to an open beach with hundreds of Sandpipers, sheashells and happy dogs or protected Marine Research Diving site with Sea Otters around a large Volcanic rock! the room was small, over hundred sq ft with thin walls and an echo, but everyone settles in respectfully. Very dog friendly, yips will happen. Nice highrise patio was right outside, but be warn; no smoking at all on the property and last call for nearby food is basically 8 pm unless you go to the Siren bar, Dominos, or Mc D, .8~1.8 miles away. its a nice nightwalk. lots of dog parks and pet friendly patios arenon the peir along with a sweets shop.

Actually, we got a ticket for 2 cinnamon rolls at the cafe in front of the hotel. The cafe was a cozy one with tables inside and in front. While a bit busy, I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. After giving her the card, I was given a basket with 2 HUGE rolls, as big as my hand, straight out of the oven with the icing a sweet messy blanket on top. I inhaled one with a very good coffee - the best way to start a warm sunny day at Morro Bay

The location and view were great. Easy access to many restaurants, shops, activities, etc.

I was a little disappointed because there were some loud tenants both nights. One night someone sat outside their room and talked loudly on their phone for over an hour and a half. My second night a group of intoxicated people sat on the lounge chairs near the front of the building and made a lot of noise from about 7:30 PM to almost midnight.

Quaint, cozy setting with a view of the bay. Small rooms but all necessities available. Across from wharf. Close to all restaurants and shops. Could take early morning walk. No driving necessary. Owner offered all customers free cinnamon buns as a morning treat by local restaurant located next door.

No water pressure in faucet or shower. Shower drain did not drain water backed up quickly.

The Bayfront Inn is in such an ideal location. It's within walking distance from the beach and all the shops and restaurants around Embarcadero street. The staff has great customer service and greeted us with a smile. I really appreciated how pet friendly the inn is as well! I was offered a water bowl, treats, and toys for my dogs during my stay. All around, I had a great experience and I am excited to book here again.

The location was great and Leigh was so sweet! The website (booking.com) sent me a message saying check in was from 3 to 6, but it was actually 5pm. Leigh called me to make sure I was still coming and waited until after 5 to make sure I check in. Also, the bottle of wine and free water in the mini fridge was nice.

The room was cozy, with free water, candy and a keurig with coffee. We added a pet reservation through the motel itself, and while that was an extra cost, it was well worth it; they gave an amazing care package and set the room up for our little pups before we entered. There was a lovely free cinnamon roll at the cafe nearby in the morning. This was the only free part for breakfast, but there were great selections otherwise if you want a little more. And the view? You're right at Morro Rock; need I say more?

There really wasn't anything I could say I didn't like. The parking is shared which I imagine gets awkward in busy seasons, but other than that, there really isn't anything to complain about! Rooms are old key style if that matters to you.
