I was miss quoted prices one person I talk to told me to add a friend it would $15 and that small pets stayed Free but when I got here he added $30 for my friend and $25 for my 4 lb Yorkie I wasn't ready for that and the man who checked me out I ask for a recite for the extra charge he gave me a blank paper and told him I needed one with numbers on it he said it wasn't in the cuputer so he couldn't give me one so I ask what are you going to do with the money put in his pocket because it wasnt listed anywhere so I think I got screwed out of $55 extra I will not be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone else

The lady in the office was very nice and welcoming. The room was decent size, extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Tv had many channels and we had access to free WiFi . Parking was good and fairly close to room. Overall, we had a great stay !

No breakfast provided Also, small tubes of shampoo and conditioner were available, but no body wash or lotion. Had to shower with tiny bar of soap meant for hands/ face. A full length mirror would be a nice addition to the rooms.

Good price, accessible to highway, spacious room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, back balcony. Bedding was very clean.

One of the rooms had smoke smell from previous guests. Had bad neighbors 105 smoking weed and fighting outside room in the middle of the night. Lobby closed for extended periods, key drop off was broken. Should be more strict on smoking on property.

The lady at the front desk is so nice and helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, well maintained and the bed is super comfortable. The rooms also have a small balcony. This is one of the best inexpensive places I have ever stayed. My wife loved it. Definitely would recommend and if you don't stay here when visiting Morro Bay then you're missing out.

I didn't like that we only spent one night. 😁

The property was beautiful! We had a water fountain in front of our room, and hearing the water flow was absolutely relaxing. We also had an amazing view of Morro rock from the balcony in the back, and it was nice to feel that ocean breeze coming through our room. Everything was great and we can't wait for our next stay.

The only downside of this hotel was parking. It is really tight and very limited.

The property and rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. Our room had a back door with a small balcony which was nice. The room had all the necessities we hoped for. Interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly. This property is located not far from Morro Rock but just off the main road a bit outside Morro Bay. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the extra space with the two queen beds and one king bed. The jetted tub was a bonus. The location was very close to the beaches and trails.

Apparently Mondays are laundry days, there were giant bins of linens staged right the the left and right of our room entrance. I'm sure there would be a better location for this.

Great location! Very friendly owners. The firepit in the courtyard was fun to sit around and have cocktails with friends.

Ice bucket and coffee machine seemed dirty which grossed us out. The room itself was clean which is the most important.

The staff was very nice. The room was on the first floor which is what I asked for. The bed was very comfortable.

The overall property is very nice. But, the shower in 104 was horrible. The shower did not come on completely so the water was running from the bathtub spout. One of the receded lights in the room was hanging down. The heater/air conditioner has wires laying on the floor. I hope these items can be fixed as we love to stay there.

we had an extended stay and the Managers and housekeeping staff were very courteous about not having to enter our room every day and clean. that was an important feature to not feel like someone is invading your space all the time.

the prices were pretty steep on the weekends but reasonable for the area.
