I like that it is located easy access to highway in Morro Bay and about halfway to Cayucos. The bed was very comfortable and that is very important for me since I have had 2 back surgeries in the last 4 years. It is clean. The staff is wonderful and friendly.

If you are wanting to be in the heart of downtown within walking distance, you are a little out but still close enough for biking etc. It isn't right in the middle of downtown but Morro Bay is small enough that nothing is really out of the way. Nothing I didn't really like.

The set up of the room. My kids had their own bed in their own separate room and had their own TV. It was the perfect amount of room for all 4 of us.

The floors have not been cleaned. All of the bottoms of our feet were BLACK. Not dirty. But black. We had to wear our shoes inside for the remainder of the trip. The red couch and red chair were very dirty. Dark areas and several stains. I had to cover them with the decor bed cover so we could sit on them.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, checking in and out was an easy and pleasant experience. The room was very clean, parking was very conveniently close by, and the price was extremely good for the quality of the room.

I'm not used to the noise next to the street, so the light traffic had a negative impact on my sleep quality. Obviously that can't be helped, but it's literally the only thing i can think to complain about.

nothing fancy- clean -quiet and the rooms come with a fridge and a microwave.There is also a Spensers super market next door so you can save money on food

We have stayed here several times and unfortunately the staff cannot always control who stays in rooms, we were next to a couple that was loud, arguing and had a dog. Staff was finally called and one of them was removed, It was a good value for what we needed. Right next to grocery store walking distance.

mini fridge made loud humming noise, had to disconnect for the evening.

They were nice rooms , clean

My friend had construction sounds in his room till about 2 am don’t know where the sound was coming from but hard to sleep with it And I had someone knocking on my door about 230 am , I realize they can’t always stop drunk people but as a single woman it did make me feel unsafe

This is a regular spot for us. It's always clean, quiet, friendly staff, next to a wonderful grocery store and places to eat. Plus if you walk out your door you can see the ocean and when we walk we can see the Morro Bay Rock.

Paying extra for the dog but it was only $50 so it wasn't too bad.

The room/bed was clean and fresh, perfect for my needs and length of stay. The mini frig came in handy for water and drinks. A nice big walk in shower with great pressure and hot water made for an exceptional experience.

Would have been nice to have the parking space in front of the room, however, free parking is a bonus no matter what. I did not like the occupants next to me as I could hear them complaining about silly things! But, that's the way it goes sometimes.

We have stayed here before on multiple occasions and have liked this place. Staff is wonderful. Clean and safe. Value for sure, one of the lowest prices in the area. I do recommend.

The heater did not work, It was a bit chilly for sure, but that's the only draw back.

I liked the location and prices was nice. TThe room accommodation was nice for our family. Staff was excellent with questions I had.

The sign to the hotel was hard to find due to blockage of the trees. The shower i felt could've been a little cleaner. But I could see how it was missed.
