Location was great. It was by Main Street where all the nice coffee shops are. The beach where my friends were camping at was nearby. The mattress was the best I’ve had in any hotel, and I usually stay at a Marriott.

The hot water ran out on me in the morning, but it was fine the night before. The emergency exit / back door had loose screws on the door knob like someone tried to break in. Luckily, there was a dead bolt so I didn’t mind. The carpet edges had powder like the ones used to deodorize carpet. Otherwise it was a nice property. I only needed to sleep, and I slept like a baby especially with your amazing price and their superb mattress. Thank you.

I was miss quoted prices one person I talk to told me to add a friend it would $15 and that small pets stayed Free but when I got here he added $30 for my friend and $25 for my 4 lb Yorkie I wasn't ready for that and the man who checked me out I ask for a recite for the extra charge he gave me a blank paper and told him I needed one with numbers on it he said it wasn't in the cuputer so he couldn't give me one so I ask what are you going to do with the money put in his pocket because it wasnt listed anywhere so I think I got screwed out of $55 extra I will not be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone else

We stayed here before in a normal room and loved it! So thought we would get a suite this time and see how they were. VERY disappointed. The room was so dirty. Scratches on the door, fridge has some yuck on it, there was a layer of dust on everything! For paying extra it was not worth it. And the hot tub wasn’t in working order

I loved the Family Suite that we booked. It had a beautiful view of Morro Bay rock from our balcony. There was also a small park and play area just behind the Inn and all my children especially my 4 year old enjoyed playing when we had returned for the evening. The rooms were very clean and tidy when we arrived. It was a great experience for our little family 😊

The lady in the office was very nice and welcoming. The room was decent size, extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Tv had many channels and we had access to free WiFi . Parking was good and fairly close to room. Overall, we had a great stay !

No breakfast provided Also, small tubes of shampoo and conditioner were available, but no body wash or lotion. Had to shower with tiny bar of soap meant for hands/ face. A full length mirror would be a nice addition to the rooms.

Good price, accessible to highway, spacious room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, back balcony. Bedding was very clean.

One of the rooms had smoke smell from previous guests. Had bad neighbors 105 smoking weed and fighting outside room in the middle of the night. Lobby closed for extended periods, key drop off was broken. Should be more strict on smoking on property.

The lady at the front desk is so nice and helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, well maintained and the bed is super comfortable. The rooms also have a small balcony. This is one of the best inexpensive places I have ever stayed. My wife loved it. Definitely would recommend and if you don't stay here when visiting Morro Bay then you're missing out.

Clean, comfy rooms - great staff was super friendly & helpful. Great prices. Room was very clean. Nice little balcony patio was an unexpected bonus.

Center patio area had a lot of "stuff" - clothes, toys, etc. Wish TV had a bit more than 12 channels - or even a smart TV so we could stream from our phones

The property was beautiful! We had a water fountain in front of our room, and hearing the water flow was absolutely relaxing. We also had an amazing view of Morro rock from the balcony in the back, and it was nice to feel that ocean breeze coming through our room. Everything was great and we can't wait for our next stay.

The only downside of this hotel was parking. It is really tight and very limited.

The property and rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. Our room had a back door with a small balcony which was nice. The room had all the necessities we hoped for. Interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly. This property is located not far from Morro Rock but just off the main road a bit outside Morro Bay. Would definitely stay there again.
