The hotel staff was great. They even upgraded us for our anniversary - our room was gorgeous, including an outdoor patio with a fire pit. The rooftop pool and gym were fantastic - great views of the town and surrounding mountains. There were several coffee shops and great restaurants within walking distance too. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we did go to happy hour for drinks and food. We were also provided $15/day vouchers for the bar/restaurant. Overall, a great stay and will likely return.

The onsite parking was $40/day - that's NYC pricing so opted to park in the City lot one block away for $8/day.

I loved that it was right downtown walking distance. The roof top heated pool was fun. That edible garden was also pretty cool. Our room Was amazing and super cute.

The bed was a bit soft for our bodies so left with a tweaked back. And the indoor fireplace didn’t work. We asked the front desk to have it looked at but they didn’t come. We decided to not bother to ask again since we had a nice fire pit out on our patio.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!!! Cleanliness was exceptional…. The details of the room were incredible modern but still rustic. The best was the firm bed!!! The room was very large with a great large walk-in shower and separate bath room !! Oh, for women over 55 the large mirror on the wall was magnified for us Perfect!!! I’m getting one for my house !!! We are staying here from now on in SLO!! Staff was very helpful and friendly too!!! We had the best experience there and everything is within walking distance downtown !!!thank you !!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Flat out very well done. From the moment you arrive in the car, easy to find park up with great staff. Big rooms with modern feel, amazing roof pool and bar with 100% best location centrally. Highly recommend you stay its a proper hotel. + check out the sushi place in the market one of the best... + the local craft beer bar is amazing... just 5 mins walk away.

No much, I mean maybe the pool could have been a bit longer for swimming. The Gym was very hard to find and they must put up a sign to show its a right by the pool. A larger water carrier for the water dispenser in the hallway would have been good too.

Great location and comfortable beds. Plenty of room and great shower. Nice bar with excellent food and our bartender was very friendly.

Our third stay and we always get the garden and rooftop side, which may be cheaper, but Friday and Saturday nights are pretty loud as the rooms on that side overlook several bars with music. Also being a cash-less establishment when we went to check out there is no cash on hand to make change to tip the parking attendants who were great.

I loved the location of the hotel, I thought it was a really pretty place and the service at chackin and any encounters with the desk were excellent.

We went to the rooftop bar upon checkin, the young man tending bar was brand new and he was awesome! The girl training him however sat at the bar and read a book never coming to our table to ask if we needed anything, I had to go to the bar to order the drinks and food, not realizing she worked there. Gym lacked cleanliness. My husband felt there was a lot of noise from the bar that kept him awake.

The location is perfect as far as access to downtown SLO. Staff was friendly.

Bed was quite uncomfortable. Mattress felt worn out. TV wasn’t working due to issues with Dish. For the area, this hotel is one of the most expensive so I would expect everything to be perfect.

The location was perfect. A 15 minute walk from the train station in the heart of Downtown. The layout of the room was great. Lots of space dedicated to the bathroom/shower/dressing area. The hotel was modern/rustic with clean lines that were pleasing to the eye. Very quiet. Good food at the in-house restaurant. Did not get a chance to use the pool but very pretty area. The gym was well equipped

We were disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed during the day? No explanation. Not the hotel's fault but there's a faint smell of urine in the walkway. I know it's a problem in most major cities.

The accommodations and staff were top tier. The front desk girl that checked us in was so kind and helpful during our booking process. She deserves a raise. The room was magical, and we will definitely book 222 again when we come back. Thank you Hotel Cerro for a wonderful weekend for my wife’s birthday. Cheers!
