This is my second time staying here and will stay again in the future. The hotel is centrally located near the walking area of Kaiserslautern and directly across the street from the K in Lautern mall. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and plenty of stores are just a short walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has free parking, however limited. Therefore, it is advised that you request a space to be reserved. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning! Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast is served as a typical European style breakfast and staff will cook eggs upon request. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I liked everything about this hotel.

Location was perfect. The hotel is located in the city center right next to the K in Lautern shopping center. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. On site parking is also offered, which was very convenient and at a good price. My room was very nice - single that was cozy and had a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good - has all the essentials for a healthy breakfast. The staff was amazing! So friendly, so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, just across from the mall. The room was tiny, but had everything. AC was a big pluss since it was hot during my stay. The bathroom was nice and big, probably bigger than the room.

There was a water kettle in the room, but only tea, no coffee. There are lots of options to buy coffee nearby, though. The reception closes during midday, so you cannot leave your luggage after check out, unless you come back after 15:00.

The location is perfect, in the center of Kaiserslautern and you can access any part of the city easily via bus or walking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. Since I was travelling for work, I had some issues with the invoices (because of my fault) and the staff was ready to help me.

The first night when I arrived, the room was a bit cold and it took some time to warm up after I turned on the heater.

The staff was great. The fact that you could get eggs any which way was great and them calling me when I was having internet connective issues and giving me a solution was great.

Well, as I mentioned above WiFi connection was not very strong in my room. I kept losing connection when I was on zoom calls for work. Finally, they called me and told me about Vapiano has free strong WiFi.

This hotel is extraordinary with an excellent service and staff. Modern and updated rooms. Clean, cozy and excellent location across the mall in downtown Kaiserslautern.

Doesn't have A/C, which is common in German hotels. Unusual for September, it was hot. However, the hotel manager assisted us and provided a temporary A/C for our use. Lifesaver!

Very good value for money. The staff was very friendly, the room was big and clean, with a proper desk, and a nice armchair to wind down. The bathroom is newly renovated.

It is in a central location so it can get a bit load at night.

My room was on the top floor and I have to say it was quite cold if the heating wasn't turned on, especially in the bathroom. But since a heather/AC-unit in the bedroom and a radiator in the bathroom were available, it was only a small problem.

The ladies at the reception/breakfast were so nice and kind. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of options I could choose.

It seems like the blind for my bedroom window is broken. Could you please check if it’s functioning correctly? I’ve been having trouble sleeping because my room gets a bit too bright for my liking, especially in the morning. Thank you!

Really comfortable - a little sanctuary after a long and tiring trip. Perfectly clean, decorated with a personal touch. A friendly and homely atmosphere. Key left in locker for late arrival, kettle in bedroom for tea/coffee, great shower, great breakfast and reasonable price. Will definitely be back. Thank you😃
