Sylvie is the warmest, most helpful host who cannot do enough for her guests to make them feel welcome and cared for. It felt like coming to stay with your most favourite relative! The hotel is quirky, super clean and I had a lovely spacious room. Some guests have previously mentioned about the street noise but it is no more than a background hum (if there is any noise at all) and Sylvie has even kindly provided earplugs (which were not needed) - that is the level of care she provides - she listens to her guests! The location is excellent and it really is a home from home. Once you stay there, you will always return.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The best choice in Juan les Pins! The bed is super comfortable, the entire hotel is super clean and the location is prime in the main street and just across the beach. We can’t end this review without saying a HUGE thanks to madame Sylvie, she was always available and super kind. My husband and I came with our dog Lila and Sylvie made it so comfortable for the 3 of us. Juan les Pins beaches does not accept dogs, and there isn’t many hotel options that are dog friendly, so that’s another great feature that Hotel de la Pinede accepts them. The hotel de la pinede is very clean, modern and lovely! It is only a 3 minute walk away from the beach and is located in the very center of Juan-les Pins. Therefore, it might be a little noisy at night (but this is also mentioned on the website) but we had no trouble falling asleep. The hotel also has a beautiful and rooftop to enjoy breakfast at. Our host recommended us some restaurants to have dinner at and even provided us with information about the hotel's history. Highly recommend to stay at the hotel!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were also very nicely decorated. Breakfast was great as well. It’s close to public transportation. There is a parking garage a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

It is a busy area with lots of night life, so can be noisy.

The hotel is very charming, it´s only about 200m from the beach and is surrounded by restaurant, bars and boutique shops. The host is very friendly and welcoming. She lives is the same building. There is even a little terrace for breakfast and evening wine :)

As it´s in a busy area with many bars and clubs around it´s of course not very silent. But you can take some ear bugs for free from the bar table that help to sleep trough the night :)

Sylvie was very kind and helpful. It was no problem to check in earlier so we could go to the beach. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and big. You have a lot of space. You can tell that Sylvie loves her hotel because everything looks lovely. The location is perfect, everything is close to the hotel; the beach, bars and restaurants. We would definitley come again.

The lady that manages the place was super nice and could help with anything. Though there was loud music blasting at a restaurant outside during the night, the windows were farelly well isolating and earplugs were provided with the room.

Beautiful stylistic designs all around the property. A warm and friendly welcome and great to get to know the owner during our stay. Cozy and felt like a home away from home.

Very nice accommodation, artistic one. Lady - homeowner Sylvia was very nice and helpful. Location is superb in terms of proximity to the beach and restaurants. Clean facilities with great wifi.

Parking is really bad. you can park around the place and if you're lucky you might find a place, but be prepared that you would walk at least 500m to 1,5km.
