I visited this hotel many times. It’s always expensive but the service is great and the view is amazing if you manage to get a Central Park one.

For the check in the staff would not give me a Central Park view on the one bedroom premier room stating there were none available but when I told them I would then take a cheaper room instead suddenly one became available. Room was at 33 degrees when I got in for whatever reason and it took 2h to get to a decent temperature. Charging me 1$ for an extra bottle of water when you pay 300$ for the night is slightly funny

Excellent hotel in a nice location. We know the hotel, we know Songdo and it was not the first time we stayed in this hotel. The apartment's room is super well-equipped.

Strange situation that as a hotel guest with a 500$ range room-rate/night, you can't get a place at the bar if you ask for it at 7:00 PM (unless you are willing to wait till after 9:00 PM). That is when the fully equipped apartment's kitchen comes in as a rescue, but it's not the same... Parking...is shared with lots of other places, so when you arrive at 3 PM, good luck finding a spot. Lastly: the room pictures are just 'examples' and if you pick a specific room upper price range room, because of the configuration that is depicted, don't be surprised if you get a room that looks rather differently.

We would like to thank the whole staff, especially Mr. Liam, the friendly concierge, who was always helpful and accurate. We really loved our stay at the hotel. All the stores / restaurants were nearby and we could enjoy our stay without any troubles. The hotel is located right next to the conference center / exhibition. Large rooms with washing machines and a small kitchen. Perfect to combine business trip with you family. Triple street is in about 10 minutes drive, where you can go shopping. Songdo is the nicest area in Korea we have experienced (compared to Busan and Seoul). It´s less crowded, clean and has mostly new buildings. It is not easy to get a taxi when you are walking around, since there are not many taxis on the street. This hotel was perfect for our last stay in Korea, because there is no traffic jam on the way to the airport (30 min.). We needed a large Taxi (3 p +7 suitcases) and paid about 45€. Since we have stayed three weeks in Korea and had experienced several hotels, which were all very nice, but this hotel was the best because of the very caring staff. They even press the elevator button for you, they are always there to make your stay as convenient as possible. congrats, dear hotel manager, you have a wonderful perfect staff.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic, offering both comfort and style. Great value, close to the Incheon Airport. Nice blackout curtains. I also liked that there is a bathroom and a furnished kitchen in the room. Breakfast was good, enough variety for me and a good taste of food. I liked the gym too, plenty of equipment for a general user. The comments about room furniture being slightly old and having to switch elevators on 36th floor are true, but I found everything operational and was satisfied with my stay.

It was clean, spacious, great location

I had two bad experiences with getting help booking a massage and facial. Both were not good experiences, the massage, hand body and foot place hurt my back, spoke zero English, I couldn’t even touch my back for days. I asked several times for her to stop, be more gentle, nothing, finally I just stopped the massage.

The view, cleanliness, room size, and fitness center were all excellent. The price was very good for the amenities. Seoul was far, but we knew that — we went back and forth by taxi, and it wasn’t a problem. The round-trip taxi fare to Seoul cost around $70 in total.

Great location and an amazing hotel. Wow! The two bedroom was spacious with everything you could ask for a kitchen, washing machine, TVs, steam shower, tv in bathrooms, lounge, large dining. Breakfast had friendly staff and the food was presented well. The best part, the bed was so comfortable.

the view from the room and the panoramic restaurant was awesome. located close to supermarket and shopping. room was immaculately clean and well laid out. service was good. staff at check in and concierge helpful and spoke good english

offer shuttle to the airport?

Great hotel, spacious room with all amenities, complete kitchen and bathroom. The hotel starts at floor 36, my room had great views of the ocean. There's a convenience store next to the hotel in case you need to buy something, and the metro station is also close to move around Incheon, or even go to Seoul if you prefer. The staff was very nice and always taking care of every detail. I had a short stay, but I enjoyed every minute of it
