I think this place is wonderful and the staff was great! The breakfast was excellent in every way! Couldn’t have asked for a better night sleep!! Thank ya’ll so much! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! The room was clean and the hotel itself is very well kept! They even have a little store with snacks and drinks for that middle of the night craving. Plus I absolutely Love the courtyard!

From check in to check out the staff was amazing & knowledgeable. Good location. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels. The lounge was a good size where several people were able to hang out and and not be in each others way. Very cozy. Fire pit & Starbucks was a plus! We will definitely stay here again next year for cheer competition.

no microwave in room

Good location for southwest Fort Worth stay. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Great complimentary omelets and waffles for breakfast.

Room needs a mirror. Only one is in the bathroom. Had some difficulty getting the room thermostat to work when needed.

Location. Room was very nice

They could not find our reservation and instead of just fixing it since I showed them my confirmation and everything the clerk was like well we do t have it and kept saying are you sure it is for this location? My confirmation plainly showed it was it was not until 2 others stepped in that it was corrected. The first clerk need to learn better customer service skills for these situations. Appreciate the other two that stepped in.

My son had to have surgery the hotel was very accommodating and the cleanest hotel we could find close to the hospital. All the other hotels we looked at had bad reviews. We got a room with 2 queen beds and it also had a pull out couch. Anytime we needed extra towels or coffee the sweet room service lady’s were on it!

Nothing! Literally we tried to find anything wrong and everything was perfect!

A large group of friends stayed here and met up with the entire family from our hometown. We loved getting to catch up in the courtyard with large fire pit and veranda- lots of space to accommodate us and move around easily. Hotel rooms were very comfortable.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful flowers in the courtyard. We didn't eat breakfast there. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I wish there would have been a full size mirror. Only mirror was in the bathroom. That's my only complaint. Everything else was great.

Desk employees were very nice and I’m sure they have nothing to do with my complaint.

Our room had on odor that smelled like pee. After turning on fan and ac seemed better. Only handicap room available so we no choice. Had only a short stay due to morning medical surgery.

The location was great and beds were comfortable with the rooms being spacious. Free waffles and omelets for breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice outdoor sitting.

The rooms felt humid and didn’t feel like it cooled at all. The breakfast staff/ Starbucks employees were not friendly. House keeping knocked on my door at 8am. Was kind of upset due to waking me up early and trying to get me out when check out is at 12pm.

The ease of checking in and out. Staff was courteous and respectful.

For me, not enough light in room. Yes there were lamps. Room and bathroom were too dim. Hard to get ready and look for items I needed with not enough light above me.
