Very nice spacious room with new equipment Bed was comfortable, bathroom had a hairdryer and toiletries. Hotel has both an elevator and nice stairs.
Parking is not really promised, but we parked OK. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and very noisy. The bad had a sheet as a blanket and 2 aditional blankets in the cabinet - but these were kind of dirty with some hair and hairs on.

It was my first time on Istanbul. The Istanbul fair hotel , it was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. Specially the manager Mohammed he is very friendly and helpful guy. He arranged my mobile charger from the shop. Also he went out with me and shows around the local shops and everything. I would say everything is 10 out of 10👍

Great location right beside bus station, budget friendly area as well. Very nice staff. Good soundproofing.
Strong smoke smell in hallways and fridge didn’t work and when we opened the fridge it smelled so bad.

Friendly staff. There is coffee, tea, baklava and hot breakfast 10 meters from the hotel. Parking - free of charge. 10 minutes from the fair by car. There are absolutely all kinds of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, even until 1-2 in the morning.
The highway is noisy around the hotel. The fridge in the room was not working.

Pretty clean hotel.And its rooms as well. Bed is comfortable. Location is very near to metrobus station. And restaurants are nearby. Staff very polite and helpful. I would like to thank especially Muhammed in reception. He is very nice man.

I stayed at Fair Hotel between for night between flight and a train. Good value for money, welcoming receptionist, clean, quiet room. Provided me with a free early check-in. Pictures correspond to the reality.
The room is not big, but it is more than enough for a short stay.
