The hotel is very nice and in a nice location, the employees are respectful and interested, it's very good to have netflix on tv

Since I came for the first time, they offered me a luxurious and more beautiful room option for free, thank you for the treats, a quiet and beautiful hotel

The staff was welcoming. The air conditioning was working good.

It was extremely dirty, smell from cigarettes coming out of bathroom. There was constant shouting from the other rooms even in the night. I do not recommend for people from abroad

The linen was so dirty the colour changed to yellow . The mattress so dirty with big yellow marks of dirt could be urine . I have asked to pay 2 nights and get refund for the rest 5nights but they refused . Was no water from 7pm to 1am in toilet or bath .the staff no one can speak english .this is the worst experince in hotels i ever had .im a regular traveller but never seen a dirty room like this .to get the room cleaned in morning was only done once and i have to call them at 8pm to get it done .do not recommend at all this hotel

Worst experience ever, i informed them i will check in at 19:00 and came at 21:00 but they didn't even started cleaning the room it took them till 23:30 to finish cleaning ao i can take the room, in the meanwhile i had to wait in very small dirty room till they finish, 4 people sitting on one bed Cleanness is bad Last day there was no water at all from 10:00 they said there is a problem in the main water pipeline and their water tanks are empty and there will be nonwater till 12:00 in the evening, imagine 2 kids without water for toilet I wanted to check out late so i paid them extra but because of water i had to leave early and they still insisted on having the extra money And no one speak English i had to call my friends for each communication

Room have this toilet smell. And full of fungus because of humidity Don't be lured by the price and pictures.
