the room layout and the map is very interesting to see the decorations and lighting is wonderful it was very quiet and peaceful stay i used to book every Eid

the pillow is not comfortable at all please consider changing it to something more comfortable the food catering is quite expensive compared to the breakfast diversity .. please review your prices . they told me room dining is available.. but when i requested breakfast they said it is not available in room

This hotel deserves better reviews. Staff is 10/10 especially Ali (I forget his full name) from Morocco. EXTREMELY kind, polite, professional and ready to serve whatever we needed. Food was FANTASTIC! Legitimately the best food we had in all of Oman which was shocking. All you can eat buffet at dinner for I forget how much but so worth it. Could never get something like this in the US. Rooms were good and clean. Pool and gym were nice because nobody was there. We even went for a Thai massage in the massage room at the top. Very professional and they did a great job. Also about a 10-15 minute drive from the Nizwa Souq which is great. Not right in the heart of Nizwa, a bit further out but very nice and peaceful. Right next to a mall actually. 100% recommend. Thank you again and God bless 🙏

This is a great hotel and really good value. It was much better than I was expecting. Lovely staff, really clean, nice big room with extra bed for our child. It even has a swimming pool! Buffet breakfast and lunch were good and it’s right next to a big mall and hypermarket, and a water park for kids. Only 10 mins in the car from the main tourist sites of Nizwa Fort and Souq. All in all, a fab stay!

The hotel reception staff was amazing they dealt with all my requests very promptly. Special shout out to Mr Rowell in reception.

1- The room was big, clean and quiet. 2- Beds were comfortable. 3- The staff were exceptional, very helpful and supportive. 4- It has a rooftop pool & gym. 5- Hotel location was exceptional: Wadina Water Park (1 minute driving / 3 minutes walking - Just behind of the hotel) Nizwa Grand Mall (2 minute driving / 5 minutes walking - On the right-side of the hotel) LuLu Hypermarket (4 minutes driving) VOX Cinema (4 minutes driving) Badr Sama Hospital (5 minutes driving) Nizwa Fort / Nizwa City Center (14 minutes driving)

Nothing serious but the pillows were huge & at night the toilet hot water option was warm not too hot.

Fantasic location: ideal for visiting the region. Niwza Mall by the door & 2 supermarkets. Parking with shadow. Great rooms with comfort. Nice views. Very good restaurant. Good buffets. Cleaning staf extremely friendly. Restaurant staff friendly and professionaL

The people at the reception should learn to smile and say hello to everyone who enters. Very unprofessional attitude. Those people don't belong in a hotel like this, especially when they are busy with their smartphone. The hot water in the room isn't hot, just barely warm.

Amazing location, right next to the big mall, and has access to main roads. They provided one extra bed for my son free of charge plus crib for baby, I really appreciate it. It's super clean, breakfast was a bit poor, but coffee is great. Staff is super great, very friendly and professional.

Perfect hotel! Easy access, clean, nxt to fun waterpark which we have discounted tickets if we buy it in the hotel receptionist. Old town nizwa is around 10 mins by car, Bahla is 40mins by car, the design is perfect especially the bathroom. And we love the takbir in the lobby during eid, so peaceful and soothing 💖 also the sweet treat basboosa and kahwa during eid.
