I liked the convenience of the location to family. The price was good for the night and for my needs... The disappointment was I had to pay for a previous Reservation that I thought was cancelled... Which made the one night cost me $250. Adding the stay for pet... The room was ok..but not clean.. sweep better . Wasn't there to experience the whole facility.... Note to traveler: no elevator Carry luggage up a flight of Stairs ..the hotel is two story The staff did accommodate My needs for main floor Stay.. Also the hotel does have an odor.. smoking .. and musty. All in all I would stay again. . Staff was friendly and courteous.. Breakfast is minimal.. .

The convenience of the location. The friendly staff. This is a quiet place to sleep. The only problem is for me is if I sleep in not much left for breakfast. That's my bad. It's a great property. We will use it every time we pass through that way.

Strange guys seem to be loitering around on arrival but they were no problem.

I stay in Metropolis a lot and have stayed here over 12 times. I will always look for rooms here before checking anywhere else. The owner and his family are wonderful people that really care about their guest and have pride in the property.

Front desk was very friendly, room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Place was very quiet and the location was great. They did have breakfast and it was a nice selection with fresh fruit. Its not a BRAND NEW motel its being kept very nice and clean.

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. Pool wasn't crowded. Breakfast had a great selection and everything you could need/want. Beds were actually very comfortable.

I wish the pool area was heated.

The indoor pool was definitely a plus. The staff is very nice and attentive to their guests. The free coffee and juice in the morning was awesome.

The bed isn't very comfortable and everyone woke up stiff. The bed spreads have cigarette burns in them, but in all fairness, I was in a smoking room, so I kind of understood.

Clean and comfortable helpful staff the room was spacious and nice amenities.

Need a handicap room. Need a handicap toilet that is taller than the one they have it's too low. Need a walk-in shower.

the room probably could have done with a little renovation, it was clean, but you could see some damage to the paint on the walls and the curtains

Weird smell in the room, could smell cigarettes when I walked out of the room.
