The property was stunning, a classic property with delicate touches throughout that added extra sparkle and class. I understand this is also a Wedding Venue, what a perfect place to marry! The food was delicious, but the highlight above all else was meeting the owners of the property and their easy and relaxed manner. It is difficult to define exactly, but both left us with the feeling that we had made real friendships with them. Not only did we like them as people (very much), but they left us wanting nothing. No question about us returning, we definately will. I could not recommend this property highly enough.

Nothing at all - a 5 star stay throughout.

Delightful stay in a country house which has been renovated. The facilities were excellent and the husband and wife owners, Kate and Jim were most hospitable. Set in beautiful grounds, wished we could have booked a second night. The meal was excellent and service superb. Mind you there was only one other couple there. The room was spacious and feather bed sooo comfortable Would visit again definitelyNothing

The venue is a real gem - peaceful clean and secluded. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially Kayla for whom nothing was too much trouble. My wife has a severe food allergy which was catered for by head chef Craig who took the time to do the research to ensure there were no issues. The food itself was beautifully prepared and the portions good. Overall, a brilliant weekend - we shall definately return.

There is nothing to dislike !

Fantastic period property sympathetically restored and retains a lot of original features. Set in wonderful peaceful surroundings with lovely gardens and views over the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our hosts were fabulous and dedicated to their passion for the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and airy with excellent fixtures and fittings. A truly beautiful and peaceful place

Absolutely nothing not to like

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Jim & Kate made us feel so welcome and everyone was so friendly - chatting to us , genuinely interested in our day. They made sure we could park our motorcycle tucked away out of sight by the house which felt safe & secure. The hotel was set in a very quiet & peaceful location and such a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was lovely & warm and our room was beautiful with double aspect windows overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside. The bathroom was enormous with a large copper bath and double shower & sinks. A touch of luxury. We had dinner at the hotel both evenings and food was superb. Breakfast was equally as good. Everything prepared to order and perfectly cooked. Set us up for the rest of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cleatham Hall and will have no hesitation booking again when we are back in the area.

The hosts Jim and Kate were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, evening meal and breakfast were both superb and the room was very comfortable and really peaceful too, parking on site right outside the room was a bonus too

Cleatham Hall is lovingly restored and very comfortable to stay in. The owners Jim and Kate took wonderful care of us, their hospitable and open nature made us feel right at home. Our only regret is not staying longer.

A real gem of a hotel set within an idyllic peaceful location. The building has a lot of history and character. The hosts Tim and Kate were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The dinner was also excellent with a great choice of wines. I will definitely be going back soon.

Stunning building in a peaceful and tranquil location. The rooms are beautifully presented with lovely bedlinen. A friendly and personal welcome. We plan to return.

One minor point - would have like to see a chicken option on the menu

Excellent property situated in a very quiet place. Great history to this property. Very comfortable bed. Restaurant is 5 star food. Breakfast has a very good selection. Hosts of the property couldn’t do enough for you. A very nice stay
