The breakfast were of sufficient quantity and of great quality and variety. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Congratulations to the Garden maintenance staff who have done a wonderful job of the gardens and the swimming pool

The Underside to the toilet seat was quite stained and unhygienic. Good bleach with a scouring pad would hopefully clean this up. Room D2 I was actually quite disappointed with the condition of this toilet seat.

It was so much more than I expected for the price. The rooms were lovely and very clean, AC was perfect after a day in heat, internet was very fast, the staff were great and the greenery around the hotel was so picturesque, the fish in all the water features and the cute local kitty cat, Manis was a nice touch. Pool is lovely, breakfast is great. For the amount we paid, we weren’t expecting much, but the rooms were serviced daily, staff were very kind, shuttle from airport and held our bags after checkout so we could explore without lugging luggage. Location is great, 5min walk to Kuta Square, 3min walk to Discovery Mall and Waterbom, 10min walk to Beachwalk Mall. Loads of western food restaurants minutes away. Nice and close to everything but also far enough away from all the noise. Located down a long road away from the main road. Our driver waited 3hrs at the airport out in the Bali heat when we got delayed and I couldn’t thank him enough. Overall, very great experience!!

Great location in the middle of a jungle. It's an absolute gem of a property and very Eco friendly. The ceiling fan in the Deluxe room could keep the room sufficiently cool. Room was spotless and so was the entire property. Water in the pool was crystal clear and very pleasant to cool down. The bar near the reception served very especially nice freshly made juices from locally grown fruit. Breakfast was on a light side but very delicious, using local produce. The property is conveniently positioned to two restaurants, waterfalls and a stable offering horse riding. Free transport that was included with the Deluxe room was a pure luxury - it was a brand new SUV with ample space and a professional driver. It was the cherry on the top for this amazing experience.

Beautiful hotel, pools, buildings, layout, and nice rooms. Very quiet. On-site restaurant. Nice, helpful staff. Close to the beach and tourist spots. Plenty of easy parking and extremely easy to get picked up by taxis.

The facilities were older. My toilet didn't flush at first and there is no phone to call room service, so I had to go back to the front desk a few times to resolve the issue. The alley the hotel is at the end of is safe, but is a little creepy at night, with some sick dogs that barked at me at one point. However, that wasn't a big issue. Very minimal breakfast, only fruit. Overall, the facilities weren't bad, but were below those of other nearby hotels for the same price point.

This is our 5th stay at Jepun over the years, it is our landing place in Bali fro many reasons. The natural presence of the family run staff greets us with warmth and kindness as you would so hope for your time in Bali. Centrally located to reputable money exchange, quality food, surf and yoga, I couldn't ask for a better location. This property is set in from the beach, tucked away amongst the frangipani (Jepun) trees, meticulously yet natural gardens welcome and invite all your senses into a warm safe stay in Bali. We love the breakfast, the large rooms and local animals we have found sanctuary and safety to politely greet you on arrival. We love Jepun :)

The only thing we don't love about this place is having to leave.

I loved how it is a small boutique style hotel, not crowded easy access, small walks to pool, breakfast and lobby. I booked this place with my elderly parents in mind and it was perfect! Shower is walk in, no steps, 2 steps to the room had a rail. Staff were very attentive just amazing!! We loved our stay and thank you to Intan, Candra, Sinita, Puti and the young man at breakfast that speaks English for helping us with everything! We will miss our Perth neighbours, Ben, Maria and Peter too!

Just that it is a dark walk at night to the main road, this area is unloved, looks and feels unsafe. This has nothing to do with the hotel but for women travelling alone it could feel unsafe if this is the case please let staff know and believe me they will escort you. Also stay away from the women selling you a massage on the corner of that side street leading to main. They will rip you off, not professional at all, they ripped my 82 year old dad, definitely scammers. Avoid at all costs. The laundry on the street there is great. Breakfast is a menu with 3 options. Please have a 4th option with salad and egg for people who can't have carbs and gluten. After staying for long the Breakfast gets boring.

Hotel is secluded from the noisy road, so very peaceful, and a peace of oasis in noisy Kuta area. Champa (Frangipan) flowers are everywhere, which gives a romantic feel. Breakfast was nice, abundance of fruits... I am a vegetarian, and I was so happy to find several vegetarian options in this hotel, also on very good prices. Food was very delicious. I wanted to eat outside, along the Bach, but couldn't find any vegetarian options except for pizza and fries. Jepun hotel had Indonesian traditional vegetarian meal options. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the first stop after longer flight, to just relax here for 2 nights and enjoy this special little hotel and what it offers.

This was simply the best place I stayed at in my 4 weeks in Bali - no question! The staff were friendly and helpful, the place itself was incredible. The pool was as good as it gets. Breakfast was very nice. My room was a very good size and the bathroom was especially nice. Comfy bed too. I needed to have somewhere for my luggage on my final day as checkout was 12pm but I didn't need to leave for the airport until 7pm. The staff handled this onsite with no need for me to cart all of my luggage around with me for my last day. Amazing!

This was my third time staying at Jepun Bali Hotel, and it was just as great as before. The staff, who run this as a family business, are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful pool, and despite being in the heart of Kuta, it’s very peaceful since it’s located on a dead-end street. I always love coming back here and will definitely return again!
