I think this place was exceptional, because not only was it in literally the most perfect location ever, it was also very comfy, and their food was decent. They were very kind.

One thing I was kind of suspicious about was one of the activities we booked through the hotel was not at all what we expected. We booked a romantic couple cruise for 90 euros each and for some reason, we were on a literal pirate ship (there were canons), and the dinner was served on paper plates kind of cold and we had to eat with no table. Also you had to pay additionally to walk up the volcano. I just kind of feel we got scammed on that one. Other than that I was still able to have fun with friends but I will say do not waste your money on that. I don't know if we should blame the hotel for that or the company. But it felt worth sharing.

I loved everything about this hotel, I’ve been there few times already

It was very nice hotel: clean, great location, good service, staffs very friendly and helpful. Especially i am appreciated that hotel is flexible to allow me to cancel one night in a short notice due to my personal circumstance.

We book the hotel with halfboard meal option and have breakfast and dinner there. Considering it is 5* hotel, i think the food is too modest and not much choices ( especially the dinner). I think I am willing pay a bit more for the halfboard ( or you can increase the price) to have a bit higher quality dinner.

I felt it was very expensive for the quality of the room, although the room was nice but 342 Euro per night the quality didn't meet this cost

A very nice week on Santorini. Staff were exceptional and very attentive and gave excellent recommendations on activities with external providers. We had a late return flight and appreciated the opportunity to use all facilities even after checking out. Directly at the beach with several very good restaurants in walking distance.

The breakfast was decent and served something for the typical tourist (German, French, English, US) but did not have much local or Greek options. I appreciate this is a remote island, so I do not expect to indulge in exotic foodstuff but some more local would have been nice. The room electric (where you put the key in to to have power and light) gave a continuous buzzing noise so we slept with earplugs. Otherwise a very nice and calm environment, but for this minor nuisance.

The staff on reception before and during our stay couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and kind. They made a very special stay (a family group booking for my parents 50th wedding anniversary) even more special. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile for us. The rooms were spacious and clean with shutters on the windows, practically sounds proof so was very peaceful, beautiful linen and towels, lovely toiletries in bathroom. Pools were lovely and always a sunbed free. Loved the fact there was no tolerance for reserving sunbeds with towels in the pool and beach area. We stayed half board and food was great. Great quality, delicious flavours and nice restaurant area. A shame drinks aren’t included when dining.

Air conditioning in rooms was temperamental. The gym was in the hall area downstairs with no door to it so was strange and obviously no air conditioning. The service and the staff in the pool bar was incredibly slow, so much so we had to go up to the bar/staff and ask several times where our drinks/food were. WiFi was also bad ☹️

Great location, many restaurants and bars and the beach is just opposite. Try pre book a taxi to the hotel from the airport as the local taxis are expensive.

Breakfast was included but was the exact same everyday so got a little boring, also, it was closed after 10am so had to get up early. Sun-beds were reserved by other guests putting down their towels and again if you wanted a spot it was an early start to the day. I don't think for a 5 star you should have to reserve your own sunbed. The hotel offered drinks and food at the pool but there was never anyone coming around to serve you, to order you had to go the bar and order.

The facilities were clean, well maintained, and seemed to be quite modern. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to do whatever they could to assist us. We travelled with our baby and the staff always offered to assist us with taking her over to the beach or up the stairs. They were very courteous and professional. The bar staff made some exceptional cocktails, and the food was always delicious. The restaurant is clean and well operated. Breakfast was always the standard options with some local treats too. We are already planning our return trip - we loved it.

They didn’t enforce the “don’t leave your towels on sun beds” rule so many of the beds by the pool and beach were “reserved” before 7am. Also our twin bed was two single beds pushed together but made as two singles.

The Aqua Blue Beach Hotel was lovely, our room was spacious with a view of the beach and pool. It was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels for both the room and use by pool everyday too. The pool area was clean and a good size with plenty of lunges when we were there. The staff were all very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

The only down side of our stay was it was very windy and so the umbrellas around the pool couldn't be used on some days. Unfortunately this meant we couldn't sit by the pool for too long as it was so hot. There are hotel loungers on the beach which we could use so we would decamp to there when we needed to get out of the sun!

Wonderful staff and amazing room! Staff were super helpful and attentive, especially the Reception. Our room was spacious with all the necessary amenities and great balcony! The pool is perfect temperature, and the beachfront with the sunbeds and service is very good!

The hotel restaurant isn't great for lunch / daytime (mainly fast food and not as fresh) - otherwise everything including breakfast is lovely.
