I think this place was exceptional, because not only was it in literally the most perfect location ever, it was also very comfy, and their food was decent. They were very kind.

One thing I was kind of suspicious about was one of the activities we booked through the hotel was not at all what we expected. We booked a romantic couple cruise for 90 euros each and for some reason, we were on a literal pirate ship (there were canons), and the dinner was served on paper plates kind of cold and we had to eat with no table. Also you had to pay additionally to walk up the volcano. I just kind of feel we got scammed on that one. Other than that I was still able to have fun with friends but I will say do not waste your money on that. I don't know if we should blame the hotel for that or the company. But it felt worth sharing.

I loved everything about this hotel, I’ve been there few times already

It was very nice hotel: clean, great location, good service, staffs very friendly and helpful. Especially i am appreciated that hotel is flexible to allow me to cancel one night in a short notice due to my personal circumstance.

We book the hotel with halfboard meal option and have breakfast and dinner there. Considering it is 5* hotel, i think the food is too modest and not much choices ( especially the dinner). I think I am willing pay a bit more for the halfboard ( or you can increase the price) to have a bit higher quality dinner.

I felt it was very expensive for the quality of the room, although the room was nice but 342 Euro per night the quality didn't meet this cost

Great location, lots of bars and restaurants around. Hotel food was excellent, staff were amazing - always so friendly, positive and willing to help - not a single negative interaction or incident throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The most relaxing and stress free holiday I've ever had. If only everywhere was like this. Special thanks to the brilliant bar staff - Thalia, Eva and Ari for being so cheerful and friendly every single day. Some great conversations were had and they really made you feel special and welcome (although all the staff did really).

Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Having read reviews before we went, I find it difficult to understand how anyone found anything to complain about but people will always find something!

I had a room in the big building, ground floor, right next to the pool. Hotel looks very good. Clean all around. Pictures are accurate, what you see is what you get. The room felt more spacious than I expected from the pictures. Very comfortable bed and pillows, I will upgrade my home setup after this trip. Room has wooden blinds that do a good job making it dark for sleeping - darkest room I had in this regard. Pool area looks great, whole hotel grounds is well kept. I felt I could relax, returning to the room was a pleasant experience each time.

Window is the only ventilation to the room, had to leave it open at night which meant that some light and noise came through. I slept well; noise was mostly flowing water from the pool and light was lower than most hotel rooms when they are fully closed (again, excellent blinds). One morning an Italian guy decided to explain a lot of stuff right in front of my room and woke me up - that's about the only noise incident in 5 nights. Not a complaint but could have been a massive win for me: Pool is not available for use after 20:00. Makes sense for safe usage, yet I would have loved to take a dip in the lovely evening weather. Pool is lit and looks very good at night.

We had such a great stay! The hotel is stunning, right on the beach with amazing views and a really relaxing vibe. Our room was big, clean, and really comfortable. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful with everything, especially organizing a birthday surprise, which went perfectly thanks to them. Breakfast was also a highlight, lots of variety and everything fresh and tasty. Perissa itself is a gem. Way more chill than the super touristy parts of Santorini, but still beautiful and full of charm. Honestly underrated and definitely worth staying in. Highly recommend this place!

Yiannis on reception was so welcoming and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make our stay a great experience. Dmitry and the other hospitality staff were also excellent and very friendly. The rooms were large, clean, and airy with excellent air conditioning.

The evening buffet was a little bit limited for the half board price. Delicious, but not a large selection. Despite their being a hotel policy not to save sunbeds, towards the end of our stay, we saw many sunbeds taken up by towels, even before breakfast! If the hotel policy was enforced, I think this would make for a better experience.

The friendly, helpful team in all areas of customer service - close access to the beach and complimentary sunbeds - proximity to bars and restaurants in the immediate area - the lovely relaxing pool area - the offer of a shower room for use prior to a late flight home.

The upper beach view rooms have high balcony walls and low chairs, so it is really not possible look out at the sea when sat on the balcony. It didn't detract from our enjoyment of our stay, but anyone with sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the sea, might find it disappointing
