The Caprice is set on a large wooded lot, with a view of the ocean. My unit was large, well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. I have family who live nearby so I didn't spend a lot of time at the Caprice, but there are spacious decks, a hot tub, and a pool available for guests to enjoy. (It was April so the pool wasn't open yet.) They are doggie-friendly and very welcoming. The next time I am in Gibsons visiting family, I'd stay at the Caprice again.

Better lighting for the kitchen table would be a plus.

the room is clean and they have oversized washroom which is really wonderful. The deer always visit late in the afternoon walking around the backyard. Not far fron where the backyard is...you will have a great peek of the water of Geargia Strait that makes you feel calm.

Since we came over to the place just a day before the official summer ... we were not able to use the hot tub and the swimming pool as its a little bit cool and raining. If you are interested to walk in the shore...there is no easy access to it from where you are. But it is not a big deal as the place itself makes you feel calm and at peace with nature.

The location was great for us, a beautiful spot and only a block to our family to visit. The muffins and fruit were very nice. There wasn’t a full breakfast but we understood that from what we had read. The host and other guests were friendly. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t get time to use it.

The location is slightly outside of town but that suited us perfectly. The gardens are so beautiful and very quiet - a great little oasis in Gibsons! The room was comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated but adds to the charm of the spot.

Although it claims to be a B&B, the breakfast was really not much. When we arrived, there were 4 muffins and a small fruit basket on the table in the room. We were told that this was breakfast and that "after that we were on our own". This food was sufficient for one morning but was not replenished. It's a great pity that a more substantial offering was not available as this would really elevate the service!

The owners make the stay feel like family. The house is idyllic, nestled amongst old growth cedars. You can sit in your Adirondack chair and look at the ocean and listen to the chattering of eagles and owls.

That the stay had to end

Jeanette left a basket of homemade muffins, fresh fruit and cheese. Fresh cream in the fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. She also had a variety of tea. The rooms were huge, with comfortable beds and the grounds were beautiful.

The table only had natural light. It made it a little bit difficult to play cards or write at the table in the evening.

Very pretty location with hot tub and pool. Nice folks, accommodated early check in which was very much appreciated. Snacks of fresh fruit in the room also 😊

Bed was soft, with my partners back we need a firmer type mattress unfortunately.

We loved Caprice! I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone exploring the Sunshine Coast in their own car. It is close to Gibsons Landing and the main shopping area on Gibsons Way. The grounds are delightful with a lovely lawn, views over the Salich Sea and a courtyard with Hot tub and Swimming pool. Jeanette is very accommodating and friendly and ensures that all your needs are met and has excellent recommendations.

Breakfast of fresh fruits and muffins on the first morning. There’s a kitchenette and BBQ so it’s not strictly a B&B. Loved the garden and view, and the room was large, comfortable and very clean.

Beautiful setting, well equipped, very clean accommodation with a helpful, friendly host. The muffins and fruit in our room for the first breakfast were delicious. Caprice’s location allows easy access to Gibson’s and for heading up the coast. We highly recommend Caprice and hope to return for another visit.
