Loved the location, lovely tree lined street, walking distance to everything. Great communication, ease of access at check in and the apartment was a great value base for a stay to explore Vancouver. Spacious, comfortable and clean, we also used the laundry facilities which was very helpful. Bedroom fan was great for warm nights. Plenty of lovely white fluffy towels provided. Easy WiFi and TV access. Housekeeping team were awesome.

Improvement suggestion: providing a few kitchen items like oil, salt and pepper, kitchen scrubbing brush and cloth would have been helpful. The apartment is very clean and well appointed but dated (decor!), however overall comfy, spacious and great value for money compared with other options.

Location excellent for me. On the edge of Stanley Park, reasonable walking distance to bus stops, same to Denman Street where the many shops and restaurants are located, beautiful quiet neighbourhood, secure dedicated wi-fi. Apartment was upgraded with new floors and newer furniture, kitchen was adequate with a new large fridge, coffee maker and small microwave. Has electric kettle and tea pot, coffee packets were provided for each morning of stay,

High definition TV with no internet or streaming capabilities, just Shaw cable channels, outside door stopped accepting access cards for several guests and was intermittent with new cards. No condiments except sugar and coffee mate. No A/C if staying during hot weather but several fans were available with ceiling fan in bedroom.

The location was perfect if you want to walk through Stanley Park, the beaches or the West End. Denman St is only 2 blocks away with a large selection of cafes and bistros plus a liquor store and grocery store. The park like gardens surrounding the block made it feel like you were in Central Park! The apartment was very large and had a PROPER kitchen, such a delight! Unlike travel in Europe where you have to find laundromats within walking distance, Rosellen had a fantastic laundry room at a very reasonable cost.

There was absolutely nothing to fault. Was no surprise to speak to several other travellers who stated that they have come back to Rosellen over the years because it is so homely and comfortable.

Great location next to Stanley Park and a 10-minute walk to many restaurants on Denman and Robson Streets - kitchen utensils and appliances all that was required - the staff were very supportive and accommodating, e.g. ordering us an airport taxi in advance, storing luggage until flight.

The curtains could have covered the full window to prevent morning light - also, the curtains should be darker to block light if they are drawn (they did very little) - the shower/bath water control device is overly sensitive and hard to adjust easily

The staff is friendly, the location is awesome, far enough from busy streets but just in 5 min from the Stanley park. You need about 20 minutes on feet to reach the Downtown, and it’s far faster by bus. The apartment is spacious and clean, you have everything you need.

It feels a bit dated, especially, in the bathroom, but nothing serious. To enter the building first time was a bit tricky (you need to receive a passcode, and I missed this message, or call the reception). Again, nothing crazy.

The suites felt more like a condominium than a hotel - I definitely got the feeling of living like a local! The neighborhood of West End right next to Stanley Park is unparalleled in safety and convenience. And the mahogany furniture in the living room was nothing short of luxurious. The staff was friendly, the elevator vintage, and the office had an outstanding espresso machine!

The only (small) drawback was that, what with the old-fashioned central heating, I could not turn the heat up as much as I wanted to - but in the end I was not cold. Maybe I did not need that level of heat after all. :)

Location was fantastic, right next to Stanley Park and a short walk to sunset beach and the many shops, eateries and bike hire shops on Denman Street. We were able to walk to the Granville Island ferry and bike into Canada Place. The living area of our unit was spacious and decor was cheerful. We really appreciated having access to the onsite laundry and helpful advice from the manager.

Property is dated , but good value for money

The location was excellent - very near Stanley Park and a short walk to Denman Street for breakfast. It was also a nice walk to the water and the seawall walk to catch the Aquabus to Granville Island. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The only problem we had was not the fault of the facility. There were angry crows in the trees just outside and they were diving at people as we walked out. That was frightening but had nothing to do with the facility itself.

Located close to Stanley Park which is great for walking and cycling. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had all the basic requirements. Great supply of fresh towels and bathroom repairs dealt with quickly. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The bedroom was a tight fit for the bed, might be better rotated 90 degrees. Headboard was loose and rattled if someone turned over - solved this by stuffing a blanket around it. We were worried it might be damaging the wall. The shower valve could do with replacing as some water continued to flow into the bath, reducing shower pressure.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable with everything we could have wanted for a short stay. The location was absoutely perfect for exploring Stanley Park in Vancouver at teh end of our Cruise. We were very well looked after and they went the extra mile to get us checked in early and for a small fee we had the use of the room for the entire day on the day we were leaving as our flight wasn't until 10pm. A perfect end to our holiday.
