Very nice hotel in great location. So nice to be on the water with lovely views in all directions (city and mountains/harbor). And we could explore the entire downtown (including Granville island) by foot. Hotel had so many wonderful offerings for all ages like pool yoga, reptile experience and live music one evening. The pool was always festive and warm to swim in. The free bikes were a bonus. We loved proximity to Stanley park. And really appreciated all the water filling stations throughout property. We will always stay here when in Vancouver.

So busy at all times due to cruise ship passengers but this would not prevent us from staying again.

Exceptional location with a beautiful view, very comfortable bed the pillows were outstanding!. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was efficient and the staff were very welcoming. Exeptional location on Coal Harbour in Vancouver close to Stanley Park and not far from English Bay either. Nice walk to Stanley Park. I recommend it . The hotel grounds were beautiful with lots of amenities. The blackout curtains didn't close all the way though.simple fix: We needed a close pin to keep them shut. (Lots of outside light from the marina)

No place to sit inside in the front entrance while you wait for your pick up ( such as your tour guide) to come and find you - make contact). Lots of space there to add a soft bench or small sofa. You don't always have to time to pay to sit and drink when you are on the go. The lounge was always booked anyway. The front lobby could be a way more comfortable and welcoming in a structural(furniture kind of way) and less money-grabbing. There are benches outside. ( ok if it's not cold) Who designed the entranceway?

Loved the location, right in the water. Perfect for Stanley Park and sunset beach walk. Easy to get into downtown Vancouver with a lovely stroll along the front. Handy for seaplanes too. Will definitely return. It's also near some nice little cafes and two of our favourite restaurants Lift & Cardellos. Plus a nice Lebonese around the corner. Outdoor pool area was great in any weather. Fab views over the pool, sea and north Van.

It's quite lively in the foyer which could annoy some people but we liked it. Bit of a delay for breakfast each day - it's very popular and rightly so as it's fab!

The bed and pillows were very comfy. The view from our room spectacular. Our evening meal was very good but it was far too noisy with loud music. I adored the room scent in reception.

The breakfast hot buffet was appalling. The food was cold. Had to complain. It was a problem as my husband can’t have gluten so the cold buffet wasn’t suitable for him. Overall they don’t cater well for guests who cannot eat gluten. The breakfast issue prevented a higher score. Also the hospitality tray in the room was the meanest I have ever experienced.

Great Hotel, gorgeous property. We loved the location close enough to walk to many restaurants, and sights but still quiet. The room met expectations for a Westin property, it was very clean, every staff member we encountered was very friendly. Shout out to Alexander at our check-in, he was very welcoming and very helpful. We ate breakfast at the restaurant one morning, the food was exceptionally good for a hotel. It was a pricey meal but that was expected from a hotel, the quality of the food was unexpected. We would definitely return.

The shower was our only complaint. There is no door on the shower stall, so there is water all over the floor by the time you finish your shower. So much water that the bathmat is soaked. It is quite a design flaw, and not an easy fix for the hotel so each room should be given at least two bathmats.

Location is excellent and easy for access to Stanley Park and the Conference centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and clean. The pool & gym facilities are good but did get busy. Great to have the facility to fill water bottles. Breakfast is very good - but expensive.

Carpets and hallways looked a little tired. Ice on different floors and water was warm not cold. The team in the coffee place were unexpectedly a little cold.

The bayshore is located in close proximity to Robson street and Stanley Park making it so convenient to visit these areas. The area around the hotel as well as the views of the harbour are amazing! Our room itself was pretty standard and relatively clean and had everything that we needed/expected. The service offering of the bike rentals was great as we had the opportunity to bike around Stanley Park each morning at no additional cost and this made our stay here that much more enjoyable! The staff were also very friendly and helpful when we communicated with them.

We had an issue immediately upon checking in with the mini fridge as it was leaking pools of water. The staff had came, checked the fridge and cleaned it up but it appeared to still be leaking a little here and there over our stay after they reassured us it was working fine.

We loved lo cation and most of the staff. Teresa our breakfast server was wonderful, front desk staff wonderful only one gentleman woyls not recommend. valet Garrett and others wonderful

Lounge hostess made us feel like she didnt want us. There were many tables and chairs available and she was snippy both times about letting us in . Pod host was rude as we walked by to look at, then followed us into hotel as if we were criminals. We were dressed in nice clothes and husband had on suit jacket. Think they both wanted to cater to younger folks only

Location was perfect and the staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and was travelling alone - the check-in staff were super friendly and were able to find me a room that was ready earlier than check-in time. I was very appreciative of this as I could then settle in and thoroughly enjoy my day in Vancouver. The staff in the cocktail lounge were also super friendly and I had a lovely time reading, sipping cocktails and snacking on delicious finger food - all on my own. Highly recommend this hotel and will return when next in Vancouver.

Fantastic views across the marina and cbd, and some mountains from 4th floor main block. We could watch the seaplanes taking off and landing, and see everything that's going on in the harbour. Very friendly, helpful staff. Huge amounts of space in the twin double room with super comfy beds and a chaise lounge by the window. In warm weather you can completely open up the balcony french doors to maximise on the view. Loved the lit shaving mirror in the washroom.Taxi stand on-site. Stanley Park, the ferries, sea planes, cbd and shorefront eateries are all in flat easy walking distance. Huge variety of breakfast options. We will be staying again.

Towel storage above the toilet seemed a little unsanitary. Needed usb points at the desk. Not nearly enough milk, coffee and decaf coffee for 24 hours, though staff were fast and generous with their response and sorted this quickly. Needed 2 bag racks for a long stay, though this appeared to be the case in all the hotels we used over 5 weeks. Turn shower on before getting in, as you have to pull up the lever on the bath tap and set water temp at the same time. The downstairs area was beautiful and enticing with lots of places to sit. However the 4th floor hallway had a dark and uninviting vibe...needs a freshen up with some art, interesting lighting and plants.
